Euric frowned. "There is no evidence that he did partake in the murder of lord Tarly, milord. Were I to trust my gut I'd say he did it but there is no way to confirm that."

"Thatcher was steadfast one day." Selwyn's lip quirked, "And not the next. Love makes a man act stupid. I should know." She felt a pang of pain, knowing he didn;t mean her. It was stupid to want him to love her when she didn;t love him but she did want it. "You acted stupidly around your wife?" She asked, curious about Selwyn's first marriage.
