Connor nods his head and offers his thanks before he and his men ride in. After they had handed their horses off to stable boys Connor has his men go and find food and drink in the main hall and goes in search of Lord Banefort or the castellan.

Banefort shook his head, "Of course not. I am afraid that we are short of beds. There seems to be a rather unfortunate infestation in the upper towers. Two have died already."

Connor nods, "I am sorry to hear that. Me and my men will find other arrangements, there is no problem in that. I have been out hunting the bandits reported to be running around in our lands, so far I have been unsuccessful. Have you heard anything that would be helpful to me?"

Connor chuckles, "Why of course, I happen to have an unhealthy love for milk," Connor says ignoring the mistake in name. He catches up to Banefort and matches his pace.

Banefort nodded, "Lets go find my cows then." He crinkled his brow, "What were you saying again?"

"The bandits my lord," Connor says uncertainly. "I'm sorry Lord Banefort, but the cows? Do you mean to drink it straight from the udder," he asks with a laugh.

Banefort nodded, "Thats why I use a spoon." He smiled, "Which bandits are you looking for? Ever since The hand was killed bandits spit up like rats."

Connor looks more closely at Banefort's bowl and cringes a bit, but decides not to say anything about it. "I've heard they are called the Gods Eyes. I spoke with a merchant from Fairmarket that said he was attacked on his way to Seagard but when I rode that way I found nothing but an odd boy at the crossroads."

Banefort replied, "Some of my men were attacked to the north. Cravens were destroyed to a man."
