"It is, however it does not make me feel good when even the love maker Maester Leymon does not think he can find any women that could be interested in me, or hes just a recruitment wing of the citadel." He chuckles softly

The latter made her giggle
"I expect that's all it is, William. Maesters probably love their work so much they feel obliged to recruit new novices when they can. And, truly, I don't think it would be so very hard to find a woman to love you. You're a bit young for marriage now, but I wouldn't call you a lost cause," she said.

He chuckles, "Perhaps, however women do not tend to find Intelligence as attractive as brawn and that is something I lack increasingly. And even at the age of what I am, I still and only three years younger then yourself."
He chuckles with a smile, gathering up his work.
"Maybe we could go riding together sometime? I know some places that are really nice in this time of season." He asks

"Of course. I'd like that," she said. "But you know, if you ride more often, you might get some brawn and then you will be exactly the kind of husband a young girl wants when you're of an age to marry."

"And would that Impress you?" He smiles with an eyebrow raised.

"Yes, of course it would. It would be wonderful to see you live up to your true potential," she said. "Although..."
Her breath caught as she had a dangerous idea.
"William, you know when Maester Lymon talked to you about being a maester, what exactly did he say?"

"I said I would think about it and I asked him what was the deadline, he said there was no rush, why?" He looks to her semi-worried

"Oh. I have an idea, William. It's a bit tricky, though. And I couldn't do it unless you wanted to. So it depends on what you'd prefer to do."

She looked all around her.
"Not here. Somebody might overhear. It's a secret."

He blinks and nods. "Lead on then."

Jothos sits at a table, intently picking at his nails with a small knife. Every now and then he glances about himself, as if waiting for someone.

Gregor approaches the table were Jothos is seated. He has numerous books and a pile of scrolls which he unceremoniously dumps on the table "Sorry I am late." He said. Everyone new that Gregor was late to everything.

"I've come to expect it of you Gregor, I'd be worried about you if you were here when you were supposed to be."
Jothos looks over to Maerys.
"Maerys," he calls, "Do you have a moment? I have something to discuss with you as well as Gregor here." He beckons to a spare seat at the table.
