"It's very sweet of you to say so," she said. "But I'm sure it's not true."

William turns to her. "I would not lie to you, to give you false hope and encouragement over this. I do think you look beautiful, and that is the truth." he reddens a little and takes off his spectacles placing them on the table next to his work.

She stood and looked at him for a moment, not sure what to make of that. And then she started stammering.
"Um...um...thank you. It's very kind of you."

"Plesae. I'd be so grateful," she said, favouring him with a smile as she took the poetry book. "You're so good, William. I like that."

He smiles to her, "Thank you, you have done much for me, no one has really done that for me, Thank you Mariya, I am sure you will find someone who will be good for you soon."

"Um...yes."
She paused and said, somewhat embarrassed "Thank you, William. Maester Lymon says I have to marry, so I don't know how much longer I will be able to stay here. I wish I didn't have to leave."

"Don't say that, William. You'd be an excellent match for any woman, I'm sure of it. Did you give riding a try?"

"It can not be true, they want me to become a Maester as soon as possible, your kind to me, but it is as if they see no other place for me." He says looking down at his work. "I was about too, however Nymra fell off the stables and it sort of interrupted my chance. Perhaps, you can show me how to do it?" He asks her.
