"Oh yes, and what would you have frightened a Dornishman with, if you had been my mother"? Mark retorted, annoyed his attempt to join in had fallen flat..

"Why should I need to, there's nothing scary then a lustful creepy Dornishman, trying to snatch you up and take you back to his lair and seduce you," Summer said, "finish your ale why don't you," she asked him.

"In such a hurry to get away?" He asked iwth a sigh. "Very wale."
He drank a few mroe mouthfuls.
"Lusty Dornishmen aren't so frightening when you're used to them all your life. And we don't have lairs, either."

"No, I just think the Dornish woman is nursing her ale a little too slow," Summer said with a laugh, turning her empty flagon over on the table to indicate there was not a drop left.

"Oh, I was having far too much fun talking to you two to enjoy my ale," he said. "I can drink faster if it please you. Barmaid, more ale!"
He waved the woman over.
"Of course, if you'd rather, we can always take this somewhere more private. If the two of you don't mind sharing."

Lyelle giggled and downed her wine. "I would love another!" She then looked Mark in the eyes. "And where would this private place be, hmm?"

Summer scrunched up her nose. "I'm quite content here," she said, looking to the Bolton girl.

Mark called for more wine for Lyelle.
"Never mind," he said. "If Summer won;t go, it would be rude of me to abandon her in a strange city. My manners are not as bad as that. Though it;s a shame my friend Yronwood disappeared, then we could pair up. But never mind. Do Northern girls know any good drinking games?"

"Just ask my brother..." Lyelle said, her tone annoyed. She pointed to Brandon, who was busy rolling dice with his men. "This goes on until the early hours of the morning."

"Oh so you don't know any yourself?" Mark persisted.

"Of course not!" Lyelle said. "A lady drinks only in measure. Leave the men to gulp down ale until they burst."

"Then how is it that Summer is drinking faster than me?" Mark retorted. "Summer, would you agree with your friend, do Northern ladies drink moderately?"

"Moderately compared to northern men," She explained.

"ANd Northern men drink vast quantities of ale"? Mark queried. "I've never had one as a drinking partner."
