Even through his mask it was clear that Gold Mask thought Jon's question stupid. "One may as well ask for a cat to be a dog, or for water to be dry, or for night to be day. To be of the Clans means to not be Andal."

Jon nods when he sees his brother and his men coming down the mountain, He turns back to the Battle Chief, "Time to finish the trade, give me my brother and you can take the last wagon."

Jon grunts in response and then waves his men forward with the wagon to be taken by the clansmen. He then turns to his brother as him and his knights approach.

Ser Robert Redfort returns, having crushed the clansmen raiders. He leaves the 25 knights who came with him a non-threatening distance away from the mountain, before beginning to approach it alone.

As he rides, he is soon surrounded by glaring Clansmen. They keep the side of the path, watching him from the trees, but they do not interfere.
