Not as high as the mountain which hold the Eyrie, Red Fist Mountain is still quite steep, the highest mountain the southwestern range.

The three Redfort brothers converge on the mountain. There is a single, circular path which leads around and up the mountain side. The lower portion of the mountain is thick with heavy trees, before it begins to thin out into mostly evergreen trees, and finally just scrubs and bushes. At the top, but below the snowline, they can make out a holdfast and village. It must be of a substantial size to be so clearly visible from this far down.

Ser Robert Redfort's group reaches the mountain first.
"Well fuck me," he said to one of his knight as he looked up at the village, "remind me to tell Ser Gyles he's the worst Knight of the Bloody Gate I've ever seen if I come across the fool again."
He called over one of his scouts. "Jerret, a village that size, what number of men and women do you put in it?" he asked.

"Fuck if I know Ser, probably a lot, maybe a thousand or more, surely, with twice that many in women and youngsters."

Robert nodded. "Well, we have knightly codes to uphold I believe, we should probably go talk to them and demand their surrender before the inevitable slaughter," he said.
He ordered a party of five knights to follow him as he urged his mount forward to lead them to the mountain and up it's winding path.

After several hours, the sun goes down behind the mountain, and there is still no response.

Lord Redfort turns to Lothor, "Assemble the men. If by dawn there has been no word from my brother or his knights we are going to march up into the mountain to find out what has happened to them, if these heathen will talk then we will talk but if they refuse to talk we will attack."
He then turns towards Marq "As for you brother I hope that we have the right village here I don't want to risk our brothers life on some whim that a village elder told you."
Marq turns towards his brother. "You are not the only one who thinks that way."

The next day the Redfort army begins to climb the Mountain.
They climb for several hours, before they see a lone man, naked, on the back of a horse riding towards them.

Lord Jon calls a halt to watch the man, then once realizing that he was one of Robert's entourage rides out with several others to talk to the knight.

"Lord Jon, forgive me this embarassement. We were ambushed on our way to parlay. Ser Robert and the others are captured. The heathen bastards demand a "blood price" for invading their lands, or say they'll kill the others. They also say that they aren't responsible for no raids," the man says, blushing heavily.

Jon suddenly looks at his brother Marq who has his head down. He then looks back to the Naked Knight, "Did they say how much they want for the blood price? Or are they open for a negotiation or any sort of talk?"

"They say that they want steel weapons, and armor, castle forged, enough for six hundred men."
Jon estimated the cost of such armament at around a hundred and fifty gold dragons.

Jon cusses loudly, "Did they say anything about negotiations or something of the like? We can't really give them all of that today, they surely know that."
