"I don't know Jo, I haven't fully committed to anything. We've talked a few times. He's a nice man and I'd like to see him safe of course. I would not want to wish harm on him unless he crossed me. He has the qualities I look for in a man, save being rich and powerful."

"I don't think you do love him," Joanna said at last. "You like him well enough, I can see, but I think you would be able to put him aside easily enough. I know I would, if I were you."

"I guess so, perhaps it would be best if he did join the Kingsguard then." She sighed. "And then I would see him almost everyday. But perhaps we could be good friends." She fiddled with her fingers, "How is it like, kissing?"

"Very pleasant, if it's done right. Have you never kissed anyone at all?"

"No, I kiss my family and friends on the cheeks. Prince Daeron has held my hips but that was during dancing. That felt quite good I suppose, but kissing must be a better feeling."

"It is," Joanna agreed. "When the man kissing you does it well, it makes you want to do other things."

"Like lay in bed with him? I'm glad I haven't kissed then! I don't want to be seen as a loose woman at court." She looked at the kitty that the queen had assaulted some time ago. It was alone underneath the queen's couch. Ary laid her head back on the arm rest and placed her hands on her belly. "So you look forward to being one of the queen's ladies?"

"Of course, though naturally I don't hold the queen as superior to me, on account of my own position. I am the blood of the dragon, after all, and the dragon takes second place to no-one."

Arya turned her head on the rest to look at Jo with knitted eyebrows, "So are you equal then? I don't understand."

"Of course I am," Joanna said. "Morgan is the wife of a dragon but I am the dragon's daughter and the blood of the dragon is in me. That makes me her superior. You have the blood of the dragon too, don't forget. Do you not feel it?"

"Um I don't know. Does that mean I'm the Queen's equal too?" She sat up again, her interest piqued. "Does the King recognize our blood like that?" She smirked as she pictured the king taking her hand instead of the Queen's.

Joanna thought about it.
"Well, I think I would be first because the former queen is my mother and your aunt, but yes, you would come before Morgan. At least you should. Unfortunately the world doesn't see it quite like that. The king may be sympathetic though."

"Oh, interesting." She drew her knees to her chest and rested her head on her knees. "I don't think you should tell the Queen that." She giggled. "I don't think that she will like hearing it. But that you mention it, it is good having Targaryen blood. I wish I was a princess."

Joanna grinned.
"Then I wish I had another princely brother for you to marry. I wonder, though, does the Princess of Dorne not have a son? You might marry him."

"I think she does, though I have not heard much mention of him. If he's in King's Landing then maybe a meeting should be arranged. Strange how I never thought of it myself. Well, my nameday is coming up soon, and I'd like to have a small party among us ladies, what do you think?"
