"I hope not. The trouble is..."
Joanna gave Morgan a woman to woman look and leaned forward conspirationally.
"I have three daughters and no sons. I'm a little concerned about that. It doesn't matter to me, but Jon will expect to get a son eventually and I have no great desire to bear another child just now. There is too much to do here at Court."

"The thought of being at court makes him impotent does it?" Queen Morgan snickered behind her hand.

Joanna couldn't help smiling even though she knew she shouldn't.
"Hardly! My husband has never failed me yet. The problem is that if I were to conceive a child, I suspect I would be packed off to Runestone to await its birth, in case it is the all-important son and heir."

Morgan stamped her foot, "We shan't allow it. It's not like babies are never born at the Red Keep. If your husband is silly about it, I shall give him a stern talking to myself." She hmphed, as if to emphasize this point.

"Thank you, I'm honoured," Joanna answered with a grin. "It sounds like you have it all worked out. Anyway, I hope the Mother will grant me further respite from childbirth in which case there may be nothing to worry about. I shall stay with you as long as I can, Morgan, I promise you that."

Morgan smiled, "There isn't that better." She handed the remains of the orange over to Aerie, who dispatched of it.

"Very much so. I am thankful you are my brother's wife, and our queen," Joanna said. "I can't think of anyone better suited to the role than you. Now, since you have promised to help me, can I be of service to you?"

Morgan smiled, "I'm sure you'll be of great service now that you'll be here with me," Morgan replied.

"Would you like to read my book to me?" Morgan asked, the inflection in her voice rising hopefully.

Arya enters quietly, with a basket of blood oranges. She sets it down next to the other blood oranges that she figured Joanna had brought. She huffed and sat with Aerie while the Queen and Joanna talked.

"Love poetry, from the old times," Morgan replied.

Arya perked up, she loved reading love poems. "Oh, Two Hearts that Beat as One, first please!" She blurted out.

Morgan smiled, and patted the day bed for Arya to sit down beside her.
"Alright, Two hearts it is..." Morgan grinned, and handed the book to Joanna.
