Benjen led Kyle into the solar. Joanna was seated with the baby in her arms.

"Greetings, Benjen. Is this the man?"

"Yes, Your Grace. Ser Kyle Payne."

Joanna smiled.

"Well, Ser Kyle, what can I do for you?"

"That's qute alright, I was like that with Eleyna," Joanna confided. "You must be thinking about going back to the Eyrie soon?"

Kyle took one step in the room, then dropped to one knee, lowering his head as if averting his eyes from a holy presence.
"It is an honor to be in your presence, your Grace."

'I guess i should return soon, i do not wish to leave you though but Maekar wants me to have the child at home.'

"You are very kind, I'm sure," Joanna answered. "But I am sure my company is not what you require."

"Oh, Anni, I wish you did not have to go. I don't think Daemon will want me to leave him now," Joanna sighed.

Kyle did not look up, just as he had been taught and told.
"The purpose of your words eludes me, your Grace."

'It is no worry, i will return after.' She smiled

Joanna sighed.

"Ser Kyle, I meant only that you did not come here merely to look upon me. Surely you have a purpose. I would hear it."

"I will miss you, Anni, truly," Joanna sighed. "I wish I could come with you. You are my dearest friend now that Marianne is in the south, and Arya and Becca spend most all their time with Morgan."

'If only he would see it in his heart to return here.' She said. 'I would so like that, but he wont.'

Kyle did not look up.
"I wish to find service to one of the lords or ladies of the Red Keep as a guardian and protector, your Grace."

"You could stay, though," Joanna said. "I could command it and Maekar dare not say no."

"Rise, Ser Kyle," Joanna commanded. "Do you know anyone at all yet, save my good Benjen?"

Kyle rose as he was told and stood at attention. "No, your Grace. I only met Ser Blackfyre in the gardens by chance. I have rarely gotten an opportunity to meet anyone else in the Keep."

'I would be greatful. could he not be summond here though just for whilst the baby is born. i would so like to stay but would like him to be here.'

"So, I supposey ou wish me to find you service. How about..."

"I could ask Daemon to summon Maekar, to be sure. I dare not command him. I believe I have the right to ask you to stay but Maekar might take offence if I commanded him myself."
