Selwyn shook his head, "I am more worried about his father. Perhaps more. I have a feeling our army will be flush with Northern lords and their men. They wish to stand with their savior."

"Sounds good to me. You want us landing at Gulltown, or more toward the Neck? Might be we could rally the Vale lords that remain, if we pass through those parts, but of course it'll be slower going."

Selwyn replied, "He is heading toward Harrenhal. I think if they Vale proves amenable there. Otherwise I do not think you will be able to beat Thatcher through the Neck. So further south."

Ser Vincent Darry appears, his face straining to make sense of the collection of people gathered here and what the Lord Hand might require of him. He hears Lord Dawnrose mention sailing south and his interest is piqued.
He gestures to anyone around him, hoping that someone will fill him in on what is going on. Looks like a task requiring real men, he muses as he eyes Lord Greyjoy.

Selwyn nodded, "Mandermen and Riverlanders. As many as you three can get to volunteer." He looked at the three who were not Ironborn.

After an aide has quickly relayed the Lord Hand's plan to Vincent and Oswell, Vincent rubs his chin and asks, "Besides the chance of glory, and the honour of serving our noble Queen in this most noble of endeavours, how precisely does your Lordship mean to persuade people to volunteer for this task?"
His eyes are cold and hard, his mouth a thin line. The very picture of seriousness.

"If I must, by ordering men to volunteer." Selwyn replied.

Darry glared at Selwyn for a moment, mulling his words over before backing down and shifting his gaze elsewhere.
"I see," he said quietly.

Selwyn's burned visage studied Darry, "That was you volunteering correct."

Darry looked a little taken aback at this.
"Aye... aye," he replied after a moment, resignedly.

Oswell frowns at the plan, knowing the traitor must be dealt with. "My men are yours to command, however I do not think that will need to be done. I will have volunteers for you in short time, myself among them."

Drumm arives late and nods at Selwyn, he grumbles an apology in his deep voice. "You called milord, what is needed?"
