Talyn shrugged off the guard's arm, and stood still. He did wince though as the steel slashed his cheek. Blood poured down his cheek and neck liberally, but the sellsword did his best to ignore it.
"Yes your grace." He said, before trying to change the subject to the specifics of rescue, "Will you appoint someone to lead the rescue efforts? There are details I should probably relate to them as soon as possible. And find this Morrigen person."

"I will," she said. "But I have to tell my brother and sisters that Kyma is missing, and consult with the Hand. You'll come along, though not as leader of the mission. And who is this man Morrigen?"

Talyn shrugged, "I don't know him. Although a Morrigen brought the message that Kyma was missing a few days ago, perhaps its the same man. I also don't know who this Steve the letter references is either, but perhaps if we find Morrigen, we'll find out."
The blood was beginning to pool on the carpet in a reddish puddle.

"Do that," she said, then picked up a silk handkerchief and pressed it into his hand.
"Here, press that to your face. I don;t want you bleeding in my tent. Is there anything else you can tell me?"

Talyn nodded, "My man who was with Ky..her highness, was attacked and knocked unconscious by the man who took her, your grace. He tells me that the attacker was blonde, with ice blue eyes, and that he came from inside Winterfell. My men are trying to track them now while the trail is still warm, I should know soon if they have found it. If they can not find it, perhaps your trackers can do the job. I can take them to the spot."
Talyn took the silk handerchief, and pressed it against the wound, it was soon darkening rapidly.
"I apologize for bleeding on your carpet." the mercenary remarked, without any apparent sarcasm.

"Then go," said Rhaenys to Talyn. "Do your duty if you want to live.

The guards usher Morrigen into the queen's presence. She reocgnised him at once as the drunken man at the feast.
"Yes?" She said coldly.

Borcas is shown into the tent at once.

Borcas has a troubled look to his face.
"My Queen, I have betrayed your trust. I could not find the princess. We traced her down the Kingsroad, but then we couldn't understand where she has gone. She seemed to vanish to thin air." His voice sounds sincere.

Dyther cares little enough for being spoken to coldly after he's been summoned, but keeps his face carefully neutral. "Your Grace had wish to see me?"

Rhaenys wore a tragic air as she looked at Borcas.
"It's alright. I know now what has happened. Borcas. It's not your fault. My sister has been kidnapped.
///////////
Morrigen was all but a stranger to Rhaenys and she didn't know what to make of him.
"It seems you know one of the men involved in my sister's kidnapping. Steve, is it? I'd like to know how you met him."

"I was in Mole Town, night before we set out for here. Talked to him a bit, nicknamed him Steve. Then when we got here he showed up one night and tried paying me to kill the Martells. Didn't offer to pay very much, either." Dyther hated cheapskates.

She gave him a long look.
"He didn't happen to give any clue as to why he wanted the Martells dead,?"

"He said....something about them being traitors or evil wizards or some such. My guess is he fears them. I pretended to accept his offer, then told him I wished to meet him in the woods to talk privately, then attacked him. He called up some men, whom I slew, but he escaped after I gave him a nasty cut to his shoulder."

"Why would he call the Martells wizards?" Rhaenys wondered aloud. "Did this man Steve give you any details? And what does he look like?
