Halliron stood by himself, leaning against the wall with crossed arms. He had been out riding by himself so he had missed the whole debacle with the Tarly lord and the wildlings.

A wildling woman walks into the hall, grimy and still wearing her armor. She takes a seat at the table. The seat she has chosen is grossly above her station, but that matter little to Kess. Kess throws her muddy boots up on the table, then takes a small knife from her belt and begins to pick her teeth clean.
She looks at the woman on her right, a silver haired woman with a look of importance about her. "They gonna bring any food out?" Kess asks her.

Alysanne chose to stubbornly stare back at Selwyn and didn't look away even the wildling woman interfered. Wildlings.. "Self-service." she said, frowning at her manners.

Kess succeeds in freeing a bit of gristle from her teeth and spits it out to the side.
"S'okay," she says, "I just ate anyway." She follows Alysanne's gaze to Selwyn. "You like the looks of him so much, Lady, just go up and talk to him. Don't think he'd turn you away for a quick romp 'neath the furs."

So she lost the staring contest, sent the wildling woman a look of despise and began to stare at the floor instead.
