"Well, we are washing them from time to time, though. Do you have that attitude generally?"

"Attitude?" she queries.

He laughed long and hard at the question.
"Generally, people tend to be more respective at the presence of the Queen and the lords of the realm."

Kess shrugs. "She's not my queen and those aren't my lords. A free woman goes where she wants and says what she pleases. And what about you? For all your bluster and sword pulling, you quieted down quick as a dog when you heard your master calling."

"I gave an oath. Nobody can tell me what to do, but she. Or I would have no honor. And while I don't give a damn about lords and kings, honor is important to a man." He shook his head, as if he was voicing a great truth.

Kess shrugs again. "Honor's a cold bedmate," she says, "And I never seen it give happiness to no one. But suit yourself..." She leaves it hanging, fishing for a name.

"Borcas. Borcas Redwyne, though I often forget the last part. And you?"

"Kess. Some call me Sweet Kess. On account of my loving and nurturing personality." She grins, the sarcasm clear in her voice.

"You know, Kess, your loving and nurturing personality made me laugh. Your killing of Lord Hightower made a mess of politics for all the kneelers." He waved his hand towards the lords assembled, smiling, as if he found it amusing.

She smiles genuinely at the compliment. "The Hightower boy didn't scream or nothing when I gutted him. Probably better than this lot. Kinda wish I got the Tarly instead." She grins again. "Ah well, still plenty of time for that."

"The Master of Laws? Well, that would make the mess even greater, that's for sure. To be honest, if the dragonling didn't recalled me though, most of you would be dead by now." He paused for a moment and grined.
"Much to my dismay, though." He waved his knot and made his bells sound a bit.

"Nah," Kess grins, "We coulda taken you. You're lucky your hatchling called you back, or else --" She mimes stabbing the air.

"You think so?" He waved his hand as if he was holding his arakh, which he had seathed a while ago. "I doubt it, Kessie. Though it was fun to see that lordling running away, I have to admit it."

Kess yawns and then gets to her feet. "Well, I'm heading back. Gotta tell everyone what a waste of time this was, you know. You ever wanna try that curved piece of scrap you call a sword against my blade... my camp's over there." She jabs a thumb in the direction of the wildling encampment, then leaves the hall.
