"He is twenty-five, Your Grace. And I am sure he would tell you that he hopes that he need never earn his father's byname. But I have as much faith in him as I did in his father."

"There is another matter, your grace, regarding the matter of debt that I wanted to comment on."

"Some members of the small council had suggested that this finance plan of mine may not be successful, because there would be no... method of enforcing his grace's payment to his Lords Paramount, while obviously refusing to pay Delinal would have meant war, naturally. While I argued that his grace would never welch on a debt, it is imperative for social cohesion of the realm, that he not do so." Justin seemed flustered.
"Forgive me, I fear I have come on to strong in this regard... but it is a matter of some importance."

Justin raised his eyebrow, "I'd urge you not to make promises that someone else must keep for you. But if you'd put in a word to his grace on the subject, I would be grateful."

"That is what I told them also. I am sure with your guidance your grace, We have nothing to be concerned about." Justin said, bowing his head.

Wulf grinned as he wrapped an arm around Selyse. "I am glad to see you sister, when I heard some madness had taken you and you were following the king's army around I feared something might happen." He looked down at the infant, "and looked at this young lady, I have not yet seen your twins. Which one is this?" he asked, touching the child's tiny foot lightly with a rough, calloused hand.

Wulf snorted at her response, he didn't mention that both their mother and the Ironborn women who went to war were actually trained in arms, unlike she was, as he didn't want to further irritate her.
"Anya and Aranya," he said with a goofy grin that looked strange on the Ironborn warrior, still holding the baby's foot.
He looked back up at Selyse, "sister, I have a favour to ask you, though I am not sure you will be pleased to hear it."

"You're intuitions are correct as usual, sister," Wulf admitted, "I ask you this for my Harlaw kin, though I know you have no love for them."
"We have heard tell that the Valyrian steel sword of our fathers, Nightfall, that's been lost to us since Dagon was murdered, could be lying unused in the king's armoury, like a common piece of metal. I ask you to do what is right and return the sword to us if the rumours are true."
"I know you will not want to reward Qhored after what has happened, but this is a weapon that has importance to you and I also. This is the weapon my father wagered to the Sealord to try and win our mother back from his clutches. And if it is in the amoury now, it could be final proof that Erik Coldiron killed my brother."
