Tagganaro replied to the summons, cradling a bottle of Braavosi wine. He wore his finest clothes wrapped tight around his corpulent form. His thin mustache hung loosely to his rubbery upper lip. He smiled and said, "Greetings, Queen, I am honored to be invited."

Lord Justin Hightower had retired to The Burrow for the night, so finding him took some doing, but he arrived a short while later, dressed in a grey tunic and breeches, the tower stitched over his breast. His two men Ser Jacques and Ser Tristan waited outside with the Queen's men.
"Queen Selyse," the man said kneeling, "What can a humble reach lord do to serve?"

Justin stood, "Forgive me, I'm overly formal." He bowed curtly in the general direction of the Braavosi. "I saw Lord Tagganaro from a distance, he was so surrounded by admirers I'm not certain we had chance to speak."

Tagganaro looked at Hightower and frowned, "That is alright. I did not have much desire to speak to you." He looked at the Queen, "Is this about that manner we speak of earlier."

"Instructing the clerks to arrange the annual interest payments to be made to Lord Tagganaro instead of Lord Delinal is not a difficult matter. Should I presume that the terms of the loan would remain the same, or would they be altered in some way?"

Tagganaro chuckled, "Not even for family." He placed the bottle of wine he carried down beside him.

"I see, so you would purchase the debt from the Sealord, and we would continue to make the same payments to you, instead of the Sealord, at no reduction in rate. How would you say, would this effect our credit line? Additional sums could be borrowed, at the same rate, should the need arise?"

Taggarano nodded, "I think that would be possible." He sipped his wine, "Is it necessary?"

"Not at this point, but no kingdom worth its salt would leave itself without a line of credit. Still, your grace," He said, turning to the Queen, "I'm not certain what advantage this change buys us. We'll simply be transferring the same debt payments annually to a different lender. Assuming there is no ulterior motivation. Now, if The good Lord were inclined to lower the interest rate from say... the average 5% we pay now, to an average of say... 4%, we'd see substantial savings, while It would be all net profit for Lord Taggarano." Justin sighed.
"But as Lord Taggarano said, that's not an option, even as family."

Tagganaro smiled, "My understanding of the situation is that it would be wiser for family to hold this debt, rather then the man who current holds it." Leaning back he smiled, "Is that not true?"

Tagganaro chuckled, "I just want to point out that if I were to lower the rate at this juncture, the common assumption would be that you sold me your daughter for quite an expensive sum." His smile looked false on his rubbery face, "Silly rumors."

Justin sighed. Damn the Braavosi and their tendency to mix personal and business matters.
"Transferring the debt from Lord Delinal to yourself is literally taking money from his pocket. I can not imagine he will be pleased with such an act. Gaining the Sealord's ire for no tangible financial benefit seems a risk to me."

Looking back and forth between the two and laughed, "Of course. It is better for the King of Westeros to look like he is under the thumb of the Sea Lord. It has earned him nothing but respect from his peers. Other nations do not discount Westeros as a troubled nation. His own Lords do not see a weak King."

"I think it would." Tagganaro replied, "Loans among families are simple matters. And there are far less strings attached to loans like that, then loans from a powerful ruler with political goals."

Justin raised his eyebrow. The Braavosi was right of course. Which was what he had said back when the borrowing had started. To no avail. He turned to the Queen.
"That would be a political, not a financial decision, we may needst take this to the council. If it were... purely a financial consideration, I should feel comfortable making the decision right now, but if the only factors in play are political ones..." Justin trailed off.
