Well there possibly is one positive outcome with Craych rebelling again. Although Rowan will still be a problem and I am not sure we are out of the woods yet. Although with 60,000 men now we should be able to fight our decisive battle again. I don't think the King can call that many loyal men to him even with the Stormlands the way it is (thanks Breck)

I'm betting we'll see a huge defection from the Mander. Possibly as bad as the percentage with Breck. Maybe 40-60% with Craych at 40%. They could fall on Craych immediately, kill him and reunite under Rowan. I wouldn't be surprised at this point. Smith has not been shy in this.

What do we do then? Have our forces within provoke an attack and let the Mander do battle at the foot of our keep and then we wait it out to see what happens since there is no way we would know what the hell was going on?

Yeah I think realistically we would have to wait it out, and than if Craych loses, launch our own attack while they are exhausted and weakened.

Let's hope Craych doesn't just get captured right away, again. Something we should take into account, though, is the fact that Highgarden will likey remain loyal to Craych since his NPC is in command there, but also, this ought to give the Ironborn time to get to us, should they need to arrive as battle is joined

Most likely he will. They aren't the most competent.

Rowan likely won't attack Craych outright, he's too honorable for that. What's more likely to happen is for him to just pick up 80% of the army, and march it up to King's Landing to join Rodrick. One thing we really do not need is for Rodrick to get 25,000 fresh troops and ANOTHER legendary general, so I think it might be in our best interests to help Craych stop him before he can get away.

I just hope they kill Breck quickly, after the good news up North he had to freaking ruin it all by trying to be a hero rather then be intelligent at all. The Crow should have just killed him outright to start to save Smith 4 posts.
We of course now have a problem with the ironborn in the Shields again, allies or not thats not a great option for the longterm.

primarily it threatens the Mander, not us. we still have our Horn Hill fortifications in place, so all they can do is sail north and threaten the Mander.

It just gives them a base to lauch their ships from. Either way though you are right its more of a problem for the Mander.

I have talked with the Iron Born about launch a naval strike against the Dornish and than up the Northern coast against the Crown Fleet. I tried to get the Dornish to attack Estermont when that chicken shit fled, but no dice.

Do you think there would be any worth sending an embissary to Dorne to try and ensure they stay out? They are marching up the Bone Way but now the war is much more uncertain so since they have not been called to action by the king what harm is there is just sitting out. If they do anything it will probably be with poison or espionage.

I think they are going to take the opportunity to murder all the non Dornish lords.

If Rown takes the Mander men North, do we attack them in the rear rather than allow them to join up with our enemies in the North?

I don't think we can afford to let him join with Rodrick.
25,000 fresh troops and a fourth Legendary General is NOT something that we want Rodrick to have, and if he gets them it might spell the end for us, although it would be risky to just attack Rowan. We have to know how many of Rowan's men will follow Craych, I think
