The Sea Lord stood on the deck of his ship looking out to the other vessel. Sailors were running about on Fallen Cherry tying off ropes and watching the other boat.

Lann's Joke, a swift vessel from Lannisport, casts down its anchor near the other ship and awaits the boat carrying the Sealord to make its way to its decks.

Tristeza also stood upon the deck of the great ship, a dozen or so yard away from the Sealord, gazing at Lann's Joke as their vessel glided nearer to it. Her hands were limp upon the smooth cold railing, and her expression was blank as she watched the expanse of water which seperated the ships narrow.

The Sea Lord motions, and five men move to his side. Followed by Lady Tristeza and another Golden haired man. Four sailors lower the boat, and then row the Sea Lord and his entourage across to the other vessel.
The Sea Lord, his five men, and Lady Martell board Horas' vessel. A chest is raised by rope and pully, and carried by one of the Sea Lord's men. The Golden haired man is left in the small boat with the sailors.

"Right this way, my lords," a man greets the Braavosi delegation. The sailors aboard the ship are all armed, though no weapons are drawn, and it seems a preautionary measure.
The man leads the delegation into the interior of the ship and down a narrow hallway. Guards stand at regular intervals throughout. Eventually they come to a relatively large room containing a large table, perhaps where the officers eat.
At the far end of the table sits Horas Blackwood.

The Sea Lord sits as do his men. One of the men puts down the chest and opens it to reveal a wine decantor and several wooden mugs, "Would you care for some wine?" He motions to Tristeza, "I thank you for holding this meeting here. Do you need a personal moment with your wife?"

Tristeza shook her head apologetically, as the Sealord asked about wine; whether nerves, or sea-sickness, she did not look as though she could easily manage to consume anything without a risk of overt sickness. She walked the length of the table as the rest of the delegation filed into the room, and seated herself beside Lord Blackwood.

"Greetings, Lord Delinal," Horas Blackwood says. He motions towards a small silver flask situated nearby him. "My apologies, but I am notoriously choosey with my vintages. I only drink my own."
He looks at his wife, but there is little warmth in his gaze; he is at his business, and there is no room for emotions in the game of thrones. "I shall speak with Lady Tristeza, but that may wait until after our discussion. You have journeyed a long way, and I see no further reason for delay."

The Sea Lord bows his head, "I assume Lady Swiftwaters has explained the basic tenants of the deal struck out by her and Lord Meatrios."

"I assume by your presence here the terms as such are acceptable?" The Sea Lord continued.

"I did not realize specific terms had been reached," Horas says in his calm, quiet voice. "Merely an extension of friendship."

"There were no specific terms you are correct, but more details were discuess then a simple matter of friendship."

"Yes," Horas agrees. "Lady Swiftwaters accurately expressed my stances on those matters in her discussion."

"So for certain operations I will help you finance them. And I can help with information sharing." The Sea Lord continued, "And occasionaly I can help with Knives, and mercenaries, but only rarely."
