He does (take the gold), and she does (return within the month with more).

Myrrah is equally pleased to be on her way, and casts a final wary eye on the smithy before hurrying to the docks with bulging wrapping under arm.

The Smith looked up from behind his counter, where he stood polishing a gleaming curved sword.

The young man smiled gently, "I was led to understand that you are the man to see about specialty work, is that correct?"

The Smith put down the sword and laughed, "I am the best smith who walks on Land."

Flea nodded, "That is very good." The young man removed a black chunk of ore and placed it on the table before him, before removing several folded pieces of paper from the same satchel.
"I am seeking a blade, of this material. The total length should be twenty inches, with the blade itself 13 inches in length. It should doubled-edged, and come to a point, with a cross hilt. These drawings are for etchings to be made on the blade. They should be as exact as possible, I have drawn them to scale. The handle and pommel of the dagger I leave to your own artistry. Is this a commission you'd be willing to accept?"

The smith reached out and lick the ore. Then smiled at the lad. "I will do it. That is a rather unique taste."

Flea raised his eyebrow but didn't say anything. As long as you were good at your job, in Flea's book you could be a strange as you pleased.
"Very well. I'll be staying at this location, and will come fetch it when completed, if that's agreeable?"

"I will send for you when I am done. It will be a long while." The Smith replied.

"Thank you." Flea said, as he bowed his head, and left the address of his residence, before departing. Once outside, he briefly discussed the shifts in which the shop would be watched to insure the Smith's protection and the security of his property, before retiring to wait.

Flea examined the weapon carefully to insure it was as specified, which it appeared to be.
"I am most impressed, you are indeed a mastercraftsman." Flea flattered, as he took out his coin purse and counted out an appropriate amount. "If there is nothing further," He said with a smile, before waiting a three count, and departing with his men in tow.
