Emelia nodded to Callen, lips even. "Your word is your word, regardless of the circumstances that Westeros might face. Our response is this: inform your Master of Ships that he can count his fleet smaller by fifty-two ships as of this moment. We will no longer stand with him against the Free Cities unless they should interfere with -our- shipping."

Bronn had heard Allard's trial was going to follow the trade discussions so dragged Angul to the proceedings. When they were ready to proceed so would they.

Horas speaks up for the first time. "You should be able to pay reparations easily enough, Lord Greyjoy. If the plunder you took from the Riverlands must be used to repay us rather than fund more of your ships, so be it. And your heir will be a ward of the Blackwoods -- I am afraid it is simply the only way we can trust you to keep your raiders at bay. He will be treated as befits one of his station. Perhaps in time, the next Lord Greyjoy shall be a friend to the Blackwoods."

Tallahar freshly of the boat and away from Shipbreaker Bay walks into the room with the full of the Lords and Ladies of the Kingdoms with the King at the far end of the table surround by his Kingsguard, Tallahar in full plate and mail with a longsword and dagger at his hip with his Captain Ser Nathan next to him they make a very imposing figure's in a room filled by men in only tunic's, but as the Kingsgaurd see these weapons and advance with hands on sword hilts.
Tallahar turns to his Captain and nods, then unbuckling his belt and holding his sword for his good friend Ser Erik to take, "Make sure i get that back" and with that the room breaths a sigh of relief. Walking to the end of the table Tallahar holds up two lobster in plated fingers,
"I come before you today not as a Lord not as the Warden of the South but as a Man. I ask for two things of this Council. The death of that Lion Allard" Pointing his finger to the side of the tent. "And the up holding of the Old Ways we are Seven Kingdoms but these Cities across the sea wish to say the control use." Smashing his fist on the table making a large debt into the wood. "I WILL NOT ALL THIS, I seek to send a Battle Fleet to show that we are not afraid, do you lords give me your backing and Your Grace will you back me or you all craven." With that Tallahar stops and looks at ever person in the room looking at them in the eye so they my see the fire in his.

"Allard will be tried before the King and the gods, Lord Tallahar. As to the Free Cities, they will be dealt with in due time, using all of our diplomatic channels," the Hand says, with a balanced and measured tone.

"DIPLOMATIC TIES, diplomatic ties what happened to you Rhodri do you lose your prick with your hand. They send envoy's ordering the Seven Kingdoms what to do and you wish to let them do this, they are asking for War i say we give it to them." The whole time as Tallahar yelled with all his lungs he had gotten closer to the Hand and now is only a few sits away from him.

Riverrun was poor pickings in truth. And I would no further trust my children in your hands than I would take a drink from them. Your skills with deadly potions is know to me, Master of Whispers. It was either you or one of your men who attempted to poison me recently, of that I have no illusion."

"Do not be absurd, Lord Greyjoy. If any harm came to your son we would be back at war within a moon, and whatever you may think, that is not my intent. At any rate, you would not need to trust your child to my mercy. He would likely be under the care of Ryan or Elicia Blackwood at Raventree Hall."
Horas frowns slightly. "And I have not tried to poison you, nor have I ordered anyone else to do so, Lord Greyjoy."

Callen looked from Balor to Horas and back again. "Ten percant of any income earned of course, it shall likely be enough for reparations, and will not do much harm to the business in the Iron Isles. In the mean time, Horas, we can easily have Balor's son foster at the Red Keep. I believe that will satisfy both you and I, seeing as how you retain your residence there."
Callen then turned to address all the lords in the great council. "In the mean time I have something of great importance, something that could change Westeros. It is time that a Large Council is formed. The small council shall be retained, but a council made up of the smallfolk, and minor lords and knights shall be put together. The place has already been selected, the dragonspit in King's Landing shall be demolished to make room for a building in which the Large Council shall gather. Each council shall be made up of twenty delegates from each region of the Six Kingdoms. These twenty shall be chosen by their own people and serve for a term of six years, after which another election shall be held. The head of the Large council shall be named master of council, and shall select his advisors from the rest of the large council."

"What need is there for Large council has not everything been ruled fairly was it not the Targaryens that ruined the system well they are gone and it does not matter any more. The lords have the power and thats the way it should be." Says Tallahar as he took a sit to the left of his cousin Barrett, sliding a note to him under the table.

Horas nods at Callen, accepting the arrangements for the Greyjoy child.
Warren frowns as Callen outlines his plan for a Large Council and nods slowly as Tallahar says his piece. "Lord Tallahar speaks true. I do not understand the purpose of this large council. It is the duty of the Lords to protect and speak for their people already. The Small Council is enough to advise the king. With a large council too, it will take ages to get anything done."

Randal nods to Tallahar, and then speaks. "What you say is true, but times are changing in Westeros, and i am for this 'Large Council'.

Randal rises, his eyes gleaming with fury. His hand goes to his sword, but he releases it after a look from Rhodri.
"You think" he sputters, anger clouding his mind "You think that you can get away with insulting me in front of all the Lords of Westeros. Know this, just because you have lost your power doesnt give you the right to insult those who still have theirs."
Randal nods to Barret and turns back to Tallahar "Your lord is wise, you are not, Warden or not, i have had enough of you."

"Lord Tallahar, if you cannot treat with your peers with respect you will have to leave. You have insulted me, you have insulted the Lord Regent, and you have now insulted the King with your words on the Large Council," Rhodri says, his calm demeanor starting to crack.
"Mind your tongue."
