In the aftermath of the battle, Ser Giles seeks out Seth Greyjoy when he hears the news of his knighthood.
"Ser Seth, it is a pleasure to address you that way. You have earned your spurs. Bear your sword proudly, tend your horse well, and keep your armor polished. I will have to have words with Lord Barret, though, he has left me without a squire!" Giles says with a laugh.

Ser Seth nods his head and looks a little bashful.
"I did not intend to be a Knight so soon, Ser, it just kind of happened. Shall we still remain friends?" He laughed nervously.

Ser Seth nods his head and looks a little bashful. "I did not intend to be a Knight so soon, Ser, it just kind of happened. Shall we still remain friends?" He laughed nervously. "Of course, lad. It's a great honour to be knighted so young. I know you are not close with your kin, so if you are looking for a household or lord to serve, I could commend you to many. The Hand himself if you'd seek to serve him; he is always looking for skilled warriors," Ser Giles says to Ser Seth. |

"Perhaps, old friend." He smiled sadly. "We shall see after all of this, I suppose." Seth saw Barret leading his train away. "For now I must speak with Lord Tyrell." He nodded. "By your leave."

Callen surveyed the grounds, and when Sylas Caron's body was brought before him he closed his eyes and laid a hand on his head. "Have him borne back to the south, full honours, and an escort of a hundred knights." When he opened his eyes he ordered that the men who had shown the most valour be brought before him. He knighted twenty of the bravest, and
promised them lands.
After that he mounted his horse and spoke to the entire army assembled before him. "You have all fought bravely today, and are worthy of the title 'heroes of the realm'. When this campaign is over you will all be discharged, and awarded the medal of valour." The men weren't sure what to make of this, and a few of the lords weren't either, they had never heard of a metal before, but it was a concept that Callen had learned in the Free Cities. But when Callen pinned some on a select few the men gave a cheer.
Callen smiled, unsheathed Fury and pointed northward. "And now we march, it's time we leave this damned swamp. I've had enough of the flies, how about you fellow soldiers?"

Giles and Edrick help lead a throaty cheer. Edrick was especially tired of the flies and the mosquitos ever more.
