Another group of riders came trotting into Moat Cailen. The rider, an older, more experienced knight dismounted and asked for Lord Stark. When he was led to Benjen he knelt and bowed his head, "My Lord Stark, Callen Baratheon sends his regards. Although he has seen that the Targaryen children have been taken cared of, with deepest respect he asks that you remember your vows to the Iron Throne, and that although he values your counsel your loyalty should not be predicated on whether or not he he obeys your every command. However on this occasion he has taken your advise on the Targaryen matter."

Nodding Benjen Starks bows politely to the elderly knight. Soon most of his forces are headed north and Benjen, his sister and a small entourage are heading south towards King's Landing.

Callen's army stopped within sight of Moat Cailen, well enough out of bowshot, but close enough to help Barret when he arrived. Callen had left Edmure behind at the Twins, they would be entering the Neck further south.

Seth shivered excitedly in his saddle. He was near to the King as Ser Giles' squire, and new that he possibly in the most dangerous position in the army. He swallowed as the scene lay before him.

Callen thought for a moment, "There is our problem, do we risk trying to assault the damned thing and lose our army? Or wait till Barret finally reaches us?" When no one answered Callen continued, "That wasn't a rhetorical question, feel free to answer."

"Your Majesty, we might not have enough time to wait for Lord Tyrell." Seth said, several feet from the King himself. "The armies are aware of our presence, are they not? Either we attack or they will. Perhaps we could perform a Feint, to hold off until the Tyrell troops arrive?"
He felt immediately foolish, speaking to the King in front of such a large group.

A raven arrives from Lord Barret Tyrell stating that a new report confirms that the Northerners have possibly 30,000 men at Moat Cailin and only require 1,000 to hold it. It goes on further to say that he will upon Callen's host to attack the keep first.
