A city home which belongs to the Hightowers of Oldtown. It rests on the slope of Aegon's hill, near the Red Keep It is a lavishly decorated manse with lots of bright furnishings, though each room has a dedicated colour scheme. Purchased over twelve years ago Lord Lothar has added to the manse considerably over the past ten years. The Hightowers come and go as they please, but other visitors are heavily vetted.

Harold makes his way to the Hightower Manse. He would knock at her door, hoping to find one of the Hightowers home.

He was eventually shown in to a small solar where Isabel Hightower sat reading a book of tales from the Age of Heroes. She put it aside when he was announced. "Lord Tully," she said in a friendly voice. "I am surprised to see you. I do not believe we are acquainted. But, please, have a seat."

"Ah, yes. I do not believe we have been formally introduced." He would offer a smile. "I am Harold Tully, and who might you be, my Lady?" He smiles and takes a seat where she indicated.

Izzy smiled. "You come as a guest to my house, yet you do not know my name. Do you not fear you have got the wrong house?" She asked. "I am Isabel Hightower, as it happens."

"Well from your dress, I had assumed you were a Hightower, but as we have not met, I would feel it impolite to simply guess at your name." He chuckles. "It is a please Lady Isabell, I was hoping to catch your Lord, if he had arrived yet but it seems that he has not. However I am glad to have met a new person, over the years I have met many Hightowers, always glad to meet more."

"I didn't realise we were quite so numerous as all that, but I seem to recall that my lord father mentioned you once or twice," she said. "But that must have been long ago, because I don't recall any details. My brother Gwayne is Lord Hightower now. He's not in the capital, but I am not sure where he is. I presume the Hightower. I've not seen him in nearly three years, and he came to the Hightower mostly to recruit new men for the war."

He nods, "Well that is good to know, at least that saves me hours wandering around." He smiles. "May I ask you a serous question?"

"That is fair enough, that is your wish. But what do you take with the King's Death. The time to come?" He asks her, "What of your home your lands do you feel safe?"

Izzy frowned.
"Of course! House Hightower has a strong army and our lands are fertile. And Oldtown's city walls are strong. Why shouldn't I feel safe?" She wondered. "I see no reason why the new queen cannot rule unchallenged. Unless you already know of somebody who plans to support the exiled price?"

"Rumors say the West is, they are gathering arms and men. They are Rumors, but it is still something to be concerned about." He looks to her.
