Finn bite his lip, "My lord has been in the mood to play matchmaker lately," he smiled softly.

"It is spring, and the time for weddings." Garnet replied. "I will have Lymon arrange it."

Finn raised his eyebrow at Mariya, and then nodded, "As you say milord. I thank you for coming to see me, and worrying after my condition."

Mariya blushed.
"My lord...um...you do us honour."
She genuinely didn't know what to make of the offer.
"But where would we go?"

Garnet said, "You can stay here until Finn is ready to join me in King's Landing." He looked at Finn, "You are still planning on that are you not Finn?"

Finn nodded, "Maester Lymon and I spoke of it, but not as to who I would be in service of..."

Mariya glanced from Finn to Lord Hightower.
"And what would I do?" She asked, genuinely puzzled.

"Indeed. I am going to offer quite the reward for the man who brings them down. The beast needs to die." Garnet said with a smile.

"I'm told they had the taste of men's blood long ago. Beasts that lose their fear of man have to be put down... it's the only way." Finn said.

Garnet smiled, "Well we will put them down, and you will be allowed the first strike. Even over the king."

"My lord is too kind," Finn said nodding his head. "Although if it is that mean one-eyed beast who did this to me, it's an honor I won't be able to turn down."
