The Feast of the King's Nameday Tournament was done in true Lannister fashion with ornate decorations, and servants wearing more silks then some entire noble houses.
Lord Baldwin Lannister held sway with his Son, and two daughters. Wines from every region were being circulated by servants. The loaded table for the feast was open to all.
Three rooms held different style orchestras, all of whom had preformed for Kings. Traveling minstrels wandered from room to room singing, and telling tales of history. A full menagerie stood erected in the back gardens.
In the spare ballroom dwarfs in armor jousted mounted on hogs for entertainment.
Every attendant was gifted a crystal goblet that was theirs to take home. Noble Westerosi houses each had a goblet shaped to their sigil, and the rest of the crowd were given lion goblets.
All were admitted, after announcing themselves to Lord Baldwin Lannister, who stood by the entrance to greet each guest individually.
A character my be either at the Lannister Party or the Royce party, but not at both. They are happening at the same time.

Lady Ellyn Celtigar arrived with her brother-in-law Ser Jon Celtigar and her two children Bran & Becca, at the entrance to the Goldsmith's Manor. She tried not to show it, but Ellyn was stupified by the level of wealth and opulence on show. Her children were not nearly so discrete and nearly spun themselves silly trying to view everything at once.
Lady Ellyn was dressed in a modest high-necked gown, crimson red for the colour of her house, with an elegant gold chain necklace formed from a series of crabs with their pincers forming the chain between them all, hung on her neck outside the gown. A more ornate king crab formed the centerpiece, with tiny rubies indented on the gold forming the shell and pincers. Though insignificant to the wealth on display at the Lannister's home, it's value was high for a minor house and obviously the lady had come dressed in her finest clothes.
Bran wore a squire's doublet with his house sigil and his straw-blond hair was unusually neat and tidy. He had an onyx crab embossed on a small brooch as his only ornamentation and was obviously unused to wearing it as he kept anxiously checking to make sure it was still fastened on.
Becca, by his side, wore a pale pink dress with lace around the bodice disguising the fact she had a slim build with little feminity yet blossomed. Her usually loose hair was up and elaborately styled with a series of pins holding it firmly in place and she wore a small necklace the mirror of her mother's but the king crab was enamalled red rather than encrusted with rubies.
Ser Jon, by contrast, was very plainly dressed in a soldiers doublet and longsword, with knee high black leather boots and a red-bordered white cape decorated with tiny red crabs. Under one arm he carried a box with gifts for House Lannister.
As they approached Lord Baldwin Lannister, Lady Ellyn gave a deep formal curtsy "Lord Baldwin, you honor us with an invitation to your feast"

Lyonel and Lyanna, along with their escort arrive at the Lannister manse. Their father had thought it prudent that they attend, since their late mother was indeed a Lannister.
"Finally, somewhere worth visiting in Kings Landing," Lyanna said as they approached.
Lyanna wore a deep blue satin dress with silverwhite lining, with silver rings, bangles, necklace and earrings adorning her. She wore her hair in a tumble, a silver pin over her left ear. She wore silver heels.
Behind them approaches Ser Patrek Frey, his other children on each side of him. He is dressed more exquisitely than either of his children. His dark goatee pointed down below his chin, his sharp blue eyes bright. The escort and other entourage followed shortly after.
Lyonel was dressed much to the same fashion, though with high black and polished boots. He wore only rings.
"May I introduce Ser Patrek of House Frey, son to Lord Rickard Frey, Lord of the Crossing. His youngest, Tytos Frey and Meradith Frey," their herald began.
"My Lord of Lannister, I am most jubilant to see you again," Patrek greeted, having not seen the man since his wedding.
The other children, Tytos and Meradith, simply bowed and curtsied, standing shyly at either side of Patrek. Tytos was almost a man grown now, silent and shy; though Meradith was still but a small girl, all smiles.
"Ser Lyonel and Lyanna of House Frey, children to Ser Patrek Frey and Cerenna Lannister Frey," their herald continued.
Lyonel gave a swift bow, while Lyanna curtsied with subtle grace. "A pleasure, Lord Baldwin," Lyanna smiled brilliantly.
"At your service, Lord Baldwin," Lyonel said in step.
The other handful of their entourage, the herald, and two knights bearing the Frey arms waited behind.

Lord Harris Bolton arrives, dressed in his blackest clothes, the sigil of house Bolton on his chest. With him is his wife, wearing a grey and silver dress reminiscent of cobwebs, as well as their daughter Lyelle. The latter is wearing a pale blue dress of finest satin, cut to be modestly revealing at chest and back. At her throat is a pendant of a flayed man and from her ears dangle pink earrings in the shape of hearts.
Jon Bolton arrives a few moments after his family, his tunic and breeches a darker blue. The Bolton group make their way to lord Lannister and each give him a bow or curtsy, as befitting custom.

Eleyna Toland arrived in company with her brother Mark and her cousin Arthur. Mark was in emerald green with the dragon of the house emblazoned in black, Arthur, who was less inclined to extravagace, wore the opposing colours, black with a green dragon sewn on. Mark also wore a half-cape of yellow satin sewn with black dragons.
Eleyna's dress was long and fitted, especially in the low-cut red bodice which left most of her arms bare too. The red and gold striped skirt flowed behind her in a short train and when she moved her delicate feet were revealed to be encased in gold-painted sandals. She had a gold and ruby tiara in her hair.

Summer Snow entered the ballroom. She wore the white fur robe that she had worn for her first appearance at court. This time however, she wore it open, so that it fell upon her shoulders like a fur cloak. Beneath it was a silvery-white dress. A small stone carved with runes of the first men sat at her neck, held by the smallest of leather thongs.
Escorting her was her half-brother Ramsay Flint, who'd been sent by Lord Wyman with two strict instructions. 1. Keep Summer safe. and 2. Don't say anything.
She smiled as she entered, and was greeted by the Lord of Casterly Rock.
"So... your Lord Baldwin..." she said with a pleasant smile, "Not at all what I expected."

Maron Harlaw arrives at the Goldsmith Manor. He is dressed well, for an Ironborn, in good quality linen, though he bears no ornament or jewelry, since he has not yet paid the Iron Price for any such items. Andrik the Smiler is with him, the gruesome scars on his face making his visage into a haunting mockery of a smile. He is dressed well also, although he appears far more uncomfortable wearing linen than simple cotton or wool. He, however, bears half a dozen gold rings and an ornate chain around his neck, all legacies of his extensive time raiding merchant ships and coastal towns.

When the Tolands entered the room, Mark murmured "Oh sit." Eleyna didn't take any notice but Arthur asked "What's wrong, coz|?"
"That girl," Mark said. "I know her. Bitch got me injured."
He hurried to the far side of the room, where the drinks were, as far away from Lyelle as he could get. Arthur stifled a laugh. No young girl could injure Mark, surely. He was curious; he recognised the Bolton sigil a little but didn't know to which house it belonged. He moved forward until he stood near the Boltons. He wanted to know what had sent Mark off in fright. He stopped in front of Lyelle and her parents.
"Good evening, my lords and ladies. Your house has an interesting sigil, my lord. Might I ask whre you hail from?"

Harris studied the man standing before them. "The North," He replied after a moment. "Who are you?" From behind his father Jon gave a smirk and Lyelle smiled sweetly at Arthur.

"I'm a Dornishman," he said.
He chose not to reveal his surname yet since Mark might have told it to the girl.
"My name is Ser Arthur of the Broken Arm."

Arthur sighed.
"Why is it that the lord took offence at my presence?" He wondered. "I've done nothing wrong,. All I did was pay him - and his lady - my courtesies."
