Milo nodded, "We have written him off."

Rhaenys nodded. There was much sorrow in her heart.
"Good. What of my children, and grandchildren, and other members of my family? I understand that Daemon wants no more to do with me but some of the others might wish to see me and I them."

"That is not allowed. Your husband of course will be allowed, but no others from the family. He seeks to prevent a civil war." Milo replied.

She felt a bit of her heart snap off.
"What if I could provide some form of guarantee that I would not act. After all, there's little I can do from one of the Free Cities."

///
Arya came to see the former Queen. She remembered it was a bit windier around the docks, and wore a hat that wouldnt fly away.

Rhaenys was sitting miserably in her cabin when Arya arrived. She looked up with a sorrowful expression and hugged Arya to her.
"Oh, my dear, it's good to see you, but you shouldn't have come.."

Arya kissed her aunt on the cheeks. "You don't look well," She distanced her head and looked over Rhaenys, "What do you mean?"

"It will make the parting all the harder," Rhaenys sighed. "This is probably going to be the last time we ever meet, Arya."

"What? Why is that auntie? There's no way that...no!" Arya started bawling, she didn't want another of her family members to die.

Rhaenys continued to hold Arya.
"My son has decided I am no longer welcome here," she whispered. "I must leave."

She wiped her eyes. "Oh, that's terrible. Where are you going? Can I come with you?"

"To the Free Cities," Rhaenys murmured. "You could come, if you wanted to, but I thought you believed your place was here."

"I want to. I thought it over and I think it's best if I took some time away for myself." She sniffled. "I'd like to come with you on your ship. I'd like to see Braavos."

Rhaenys was surprised; she#'d always thought of Arya as a creature of the Court.
"Oh. You are welcome, of course, but you must understand that when you want to return I could not go with you. Well, part of the way perhaps. Once I leave, I will never set foot on Westerosi soil again."

Arya's face was full of sorrow. "I understand," she said with a small voice." Her things were mostly packed already. "I will pray for you as we sail and when we reach Braavos, I suppose we will say our goodbye."
