Anni stayed with Mari, she called for a serven to send for Joanna to come as soon as possible

[Marie]

Joanna arrived promptly, she knew only that the matter was urgent and that her sister had been attacked, but no more.

"Anni! What's happened?"

[Helyn Caron]

'Your grace.' Anni said quietly. She left Maris side and went to the queen. she guided her to a side of the room. 'I found Mari in the streets of Kings Landing. She had been attacked. Her eye's were cut.'

[Marie]

Joanna simply stared at Anni, the colour draining from her face.

"Mother protect us. How...why?"

[Helyn Caron]

Anni guided her o a chair and made her sit down. 'I dont know. i just found her, i did everything i could. the Maester gave her something to sleep.'

[Marie]

"Good."

It was hard for Joanna not to rush over to her injured sister.

"Did Mari speak of the encounter much? We need to know who did this."

[Helyn Caron]

'I did not press her, i was more concerned of getting her here and seen to.' Anni sighed as her adrenalin rush started to subside. she sat heavily down in another chair. 'Im sorry Joanna.'

[Marie]

Joanna felt numb all over.

"You did the right thing, Anni, but we must decide what to do now. What does the Maester say?"

[Helyn Caron]

'He said nothing just saw to her.' Anni whispered. for the first time, she felt tears in her eyes. 'Mari is harmless, how could someone do this.'

[Marie]

"I know, it's horrid. Is she..."

Joanna hesitated, and almost choked as she blinked back tears.

"Is she...blind?"

[Helyn Caron]

'I dont think there will be much hope of her seeing again.' She whispered

[Marie]

Joanna moaned and pressed her hand to the place over her heart.

"My poor sister. Oh, Anni, it's not fair. Mari didn't deserve this. Out of all my siblings she is the one who most deserves a peaceful life."

[Helyn Caron]

Anni went to her Queen and kneeling in front of her hugged her. 'There is nothing we can do other than be there for her now.'

[Marie]

"I know, but I want to do something. I want to know who did this and have him hanged, drawn and quartered. I want to feed his heart and entrails to the dragons and put his head on a pike for all to see."

[Helyn Caron]

'Your grace, they will find who did this, Mari needs you hear, and calm. Nothing comes from getting worked up.'
