"Blasted Owen!" Beric shouted out as he approached the ladies, one he recognized as his cousin the other he had trouble recollecting. "Good day coz," He hugged Joanna, "Is that the warm welcome I get from returning from the wars going on in the Free Cities?" He turned to look at the other lady, "I am fine, Ser Owen jabbed me where I suffered a wound when we were training. I was supposed to be here to recover and the man pushes me to my limits."

Joanna laughed.
"Well, you should have known to be wary of a knight of the Kingsguard," she said. "I am glad to see you again, though, Beric. It's been far too long."

"It has, I leave for a few months and we have another beautiful Queen to admire. And this lady here must be married to someone. Have all the women been wed in my absence?" His brows were lifted high and he placed his hands on his belt.

"Ah..Ser Beric Dayne," He took her hand and kissed it while bowing. "Always a pleasure to meet a new lady. Were you the one being hidden away at the Eyrie? My memory isn't so good."

"Ah I knew it...I'll have to pay him a visit and drag him out to a tavern with Lord Steffon. I'll make sure to defend him from the advances of any wenches, so you needn't be concerned."

He smiled big in return, "I have seen many tricks performed in the far lands of the Free Cities. I think I've picked up a thing or two. Though knowing the prince, it will be a tough act to perform. Are you all just talking about? We should move out of the courtyard, I've had sun enough." He peeled some from being sunburnt on his arm.

Anni took Sebastian back handing him to the wet nurse. 'Your grace, i shall carry Prince Selwyn for you so you can walk with your daughters.' Anni said. 'Ser Dayne, tell me some of these tricks you have heard i should like to hear of them.'

"Quite a few involve alcohol, several require a sword and a few need animals. They certainly are queer folk in the east. I have seen several persons tame snakes and other animals with a musical instrument, men walking upon sharp objects and coming out unharmed, and a peculiar Myrish man that somehow controlled fire with his hands. The rest I have seen are not fit to be discussed amongst children."

'Then, you must tell me when the children are not in our prescence.' She smiled to him. 'I should so like to hear some new stories.'

"I'd be happy to tell em of course. We can gather round a hearth and after a few ales my brain will get warmed up enough to remember all the sights and peculiarities." He grinned wide but was apprehensive to say anything else with all the rascals around.
