The rooms where Anni stays at court

[Marie]

Joanna comes to visit Anni.

[Helyn Caron]

When Anni hears the knock on the door, she jumps in fear. 'Yes?' She called out nervousely

[Marie]

"It's Joanna, Anni. Are you busy?"

[Helyn Caron]

Anni took a deep breath to calm her nerves. She went and opened the door bending slighty. 'Your grace, please come in.'

[Marie]

Joanna entered and shut the door behind her. She was alone, save for the young dog Lord Dawnrose had given her.

"Anni, my dear, how are you?"

[Helyn Caron]

'Better for seeing you your grace.' Anni smiled. Her son was asleep in a moses basket next to the window. 'How are you?'

[Marie]

"I'm fine. Selwyn is sleeping and the girls are playing together and I have already had my dragon ride for today so I'm at a loose end. I decided to come visit my good friend and sister."

Joanna smiled.

"You need to get out of your rooms, Anni. You are getting quite pale."

[Helyn Caron]

'I do not feel, how should i put it, comfortable leaving my rooms at present.' She said evaisively

[Marie]

Joanna frowned.

"Whyever not? The wife of Prince Maekar and my chief lady-in-waiting can go wherever she pleases. I'll have words with anyone who says otherwise."

[Helyn Caron]

'There is nothing that you need to worry of your grace i promise, it is something that i got mysellf in to and only i can deal with.'

[Marie]

"What do you mean, got yourself into it? Anni, my dear, if you are in trouble you must let me help you. You should not have to stay in your rooms all the time. You are not a prisoner, like poor Morgan."

[Helyn Caron]

'Honest your grace, i am fine, there is nothing that you should worry of, I may have to return to the Eyrie if it goes to far though, I apologise now if it comes to that.'

[Marie]

"I don't ant to lose you. Nor will I, I hope. Unless. do you want to go back to the Eyrie?"

Joanna's purple eyes were keen as she looked at Anni, desperately hoping it wasn't the case.

[Helyn Caron]

'It is the last thing i wish to do your grace. i have grown immensly close to you, but its more of a case i may be forced to.'
