"Only Lady Kyma that I know of, and perhaps Becca. But I do see your point. IT is unfortunate, but maybe we can help her in other ways." She shrugged, "I don't know what those other ways would be though."

Resting on top of an exquisite little box, inlaid with handmade carvings and detailed scenes rests a note.
The note is a simple note, with on one side saying
Arya
when reversed, it read:
Surprise, little one. In hopes that distance and time shall never wear us away from another.
Rhaegar
p.s. Another gift awaits you elsewhere.
The tiny chest was beautifully made, and bore the craftmark of Rhaegar's own personal arms. It was dark wood, and waxed to shine. The lid was held shut by a silver hitch.

"Oh, isn't this fanciful?" Arya said to herself as she opened the small hitched and lifted the lid.

"Nor I," said Joanna. "it is a pity but I think sometimes we simply have to live with a difficult situation."
When the gift came, she eyed in with much curiosity.
"How lovely!"

The inside was covered with soft silver velvet. On the underside of the lid, a pendant on a silver chain hung in place. The silver was so pure it was almost white. A purple crystal was held in place that seemed to shift shades as the light touched it. One moment it glowed as if illuminating the area around it, the next it was the softest purple one could imagine. It was truly beautiful, and no doubt from the east.
Inside the box itself was something of a different sort. Carved out of light oak were two small figurines, laying side by side. Both doll-like yet resembling the two siblings. They were simple; plain wood, soft edges; yet they were well made. A smaller figurine of a horse, meant for a bracelet rested at their feet, painted white.

"Magnificent!" She exhaled out after a deep inhalation of breath. "Isn't my brother so thoughtful? It will go so well with the dress you gave me Jo! Did you two conspire to get me such wonderful gifts?"

The servant girl looked over and smiled at the presents. He looked at the small figurines and sighed. "The real thing is such a beauty to lay eyes on."

"No. I haven't spoken to Rhaegar properly in an age. It's simply coincidence and a marvellous one at that," Joanna declared. I wish my brothers got me gifts of similar magnificence but I don't think their talents rul along those lines. You are very lucky, Arya."

"Thank you dear," She took the small figurines in her hand, "Did you help fashion these?" Arya asked when she noticed the girls expression. "Thank you Joanna, I feel like I'll be thanking you until I run out of breath, Rhaegar is definitely the most thoughtful of my siblings, and he will make a potential wife very lucky as well."

"Oh no," the maid said blushing. "My lord spent much time on them," she said. Her eyes turned to the figurines and she sighed again, holding her hands close to her chest.

Arya smiled and recognised the sighs. "Come closer dear. I can tell you are a sweet lass, and I can tell by your sighs that you have some feelings close to your heart." Arya smield warmly again.

She looked back and forth, confused for a moment. After that moment, she gasped suddenly and brought her hands to her open mouth. "Oh no no no!" she exclaimed. "I would not dare think to impose any feeling upon milord. I am not so bold, my lady," she said, curtsying.

"Impose feeling? My dear, perhaps you don't know my brother so well. He is a kind man and would not be offended by you I'm sure. Speaking frankly you are a pretty woman." Arya shurgged, "But my brother is sometimes peculiar no?"

"My lord-- your brother is a just and honourable man when ruling. He tells me we must all laugh as to not take life too seriously. My lord says we may not make it out alive if we don't," she said. She had never really got that last statement, and he always laughed after.
"I was only referring to the hor--" she said, but stopped herself. "Oh my," she said, looking as though she made a mistake.

"The horse? What of it? I don't have a bracelet with me to put it on." She looked at it in the palm of her hand.
