[Marie]

Joanna pretended to think about it, then said "How about the Eyrie? Anni is pining for home but I don't want her to leave me, and the girls should see their own home for a while too."

[The Smith]

The King thought for a moment, "That is suitable for me."

[Marie]

She smiled.

"Thank you, Daemon. Then where shall we go after the Eyrie? It should be somewhere we don't often go. How about...the North?"

[The Smith]

Daemon nodded, "That might be interesting. I will consider the suggestion."

[Marie]

"Good. I'm of a mind to wipe out this vile cult that took Winterfell from the Faith. Benjen told me about it, you know."

[The Smith]

Daemon smiled wickedly, "Perhaps I should attend to that personally."

[Marie]

"Perhaps you should, but I want to be there when you do. Or, even if you don't," Joanna said. "I think this could be the one thing to make the people love me."

[The Smith]

Daemon laughed, "Only the fools. The smart lords will realize the truth of the matter."

[Marie]

"Which is what?"

[The Smith]

"That by burning Winterfell I am showing what fate awaits any lord who displeases me." Daemon replied with a hot smile. "Do you think this act will bring anything but fear? You should just accept it, as long as we control the dragons we an not be loved, only feared."

[Marie]

"I still think it's different for you than for me. You have the king's rights, I don't."

She sighed.

"I'm tired of discussing it. Come to my rooms later. We'll do something more interesting. Although, do you have any notion when you will choose to leave Court? I'm sure Anni would llike to know when she is able to go home."

[The Smith]

"Within the year." Daemon replied, and smiled, "I will see you later." He called out, "Rolf."

[Marie]

Joanna kissed Daemon and left.
