Bannen Keath makes an appearance at the training yard, looking to burn off some aggression. He hacks a wooden training dummy nearly to pieces before growing bored and looking for a fight.

Barristan is there fighting two of his brothers at the same time. By looks of how slowly Geric and Selwyn were moving that the eldest Dawnrose was winning.

Bannen watches Barristan thrash his younger brothers for a moment. When both have yielded, Bannen steps in.
"You look like you need to fight someone stronger." He loosens his shoulders, cracks his neck, and grins. "Make it interesting, Reachman? Ten dragons to the winner."

Barristan smiled at the mans clothes and armour, "If you defeat me I shall give you a hundred dragons. If I win you can buy me and brothers a drink. Does that sound fair?"

Bannen grins. "You're a fool to make the offer, Reachman, but I'd be more of a fool not to accept it."
Bannen steps forward, hefting his blunted halberd. "Whenever you're ready."

Barristan took up a new wooden blade and a shield to help defend against the halberd.

After being helped up by his brother Barristan smiles to the riverlander, "I think I should spend less time fighting two men and practice against a longer weapon."

Bannen pats the head of the halberd like a teacher congratulating a student on a job well done. "Well the first step," Bannen says, "Is to not get hit in the head." He grins. "Figure that out and you'll do better than most. Now I think you said something about a hundred dragons?"

"Yes which you can come and get at my manse on the morrow. I shall make sure the guards know to let you in. Or you can come with me know if you wish to spend your money tonight."

Bannen squints at the mention of a manse. "Who are you? And where are you going tonight?"

"I was planning to go to the Guilty Pleasure. Have you heard of the place?" Barristan is quiet for a moment, "Oh I guess I should introduce myself. I am Lord Barristan Dawnrose, Lord Paramount of the Mander."

"Well that explains it," Keath grins, "Never met a lord who could fight worth a shit." He claps Barristan on the shoulder as he begins to walk past him. "Come on. I never heard of this Guilty Pleasure, but it sounds like my kind of place. And I don't think I'll be feeling too much guilt there, neither. You're paying, of course." He pauses, remembering that he had not yet introduced himself. "I'm Bannen."

"You are a good fighter Bannen. And of course I shall pay. Now let us go find a carriage to take us too the Guilty Pleasure."

"A carriage?" Bannen laughs, "You do have a bit of coin to throw around, don't you? Lead the way."
