"They didn't say, and I'll be honest, I didn't want to know," the ferryman replies.

"I'd be a poor Ferryman if I didn't eh?" The man said with a chuckle. He motioned for the two to come aboard, and began to use his pole to push them across.

There is no road, but the heavy horse tracks are easy to spot in the mud of the riverbank. They continue on until night fall.

"Why don't you go and take a closer look," Ser Kenneth said to Jonathon
"Why me?" the dwarf responded.
"Because your small and sneaky, thats why."
The Dwarf huffed but did not argue and attempted to move carefully up to the clearing to see if he could get a better look.

[That would be Espionage no? Intrigue is like plotting.]

[Yeah I need to change his character sheet to Espionage even though I helped write the skill thing I was thinking Intrigue was = Espionage and Political Intrigue was the other one]

Jonathan creeps up into the woods. He soon stops however, as he recognizes two sentries in position on the outskirts of a grove. Past the sentries, the dwarf can see a large number of men building huts and other wooden structures. Biggs makes several counts, and realizes there is a much larger number of men than twenty here. Perhaps a hundred or more. Most of them appear to be relaxing, and are not presently armored or armed. But there are perhaps a dozen men in mail patrolling the interior of the camp.

The Dwarf looks for any sign of Alys Webber, either physically (look there's a girl) or evidence that one of the buildings might be keeping a prisoner, locked or that the Men might be guarding something.

There is a single building, where there are four men in mail standing at each of the four corners. there is a small wooden door, where a large barrel has been rolled in front of it.

The dwarf crawls back to where Ser Kenneth is waiting.
"There is like 100 men up there, in mail" Jonathon says
"Did you see the Lady Webber?" Kenneth adds.
"No, but they are guarding one of the buildings so she might be in there,"
"Hmmm, this calls for some strategery," Kenneth says scratching his head, "come on lets go."
The pair try to retrace their steps and see if they can find a nearby inn or tavern to plot without fear of discovery by the bandits.
