Ser Aaron Royce squared off with the Queen's kinsman, trying to remember if this man was a skilled jouster or not. He'd unhorsed his opponent in the first joust in three passes but Aaron had fared well in his first joust as well. He couched his lance and awaited the signal to begin.

In the first pass, Aaron landed a solid hit to Aegon's shield. The Targeryen shifted but did not fall. Aegon paid Royce back in the next tilt. However Aaron ended the contest on the very next pass knocking Aegon from the games.
Aaron Royce wins.

The Mystery Knight of the Rainbow sword takes his position, and waits for the Simon Smallwood to ready himself. Their bout took only two passes, and on both the Smallwood lad was struck. He fell on the second pass.
Mystery Knight wins the match.

Andrey Toland rides out, and it takes a moment for Lord Rowan Trant to join him. The two salute and pass, with Rowan scoring lightly against his foe. After the first pass Toland moves his arm in a circle testing the damage, but everything seems fine.
As the pass again, Toland is unable to get his shield into a proper position and is hit badly. Men run out to check on the Dornishman fearing the worse, but Andrey fights through the pain to stand and wave to the crowd.
Lord Trant wins.

Man go to the privies when Derrick Lonmouth, and Justin Waters take their places. The two knights do not notice, but salute and stare keenly at one another. On the first pass Waters scores a light strike on the Stormlander. Then several uneventful passes follow. The match ends as Derrick lands a lucky blow on Waters side sending him to the ground.
Derrick Lonmouth wins.

Albar Stone, the young squire, and the young, and handsome Edmure Dawnrose take their places. The two horses charge, a lance shatters, and Edmure curses as the boy manages to stay ahorse. On the next pass Stone even lands his lance against Dawnrose's side. The Mander Lord manages to strike home on the next pass, and the surprising Squire is eliminated.

Oswell Tully takes his place. Jerrod Lonmouth slowly rides to his position, and seems to have a case of the hiccups. Until Lonmouth lowers his helm he appears to be holding his breath in an effort to stop his constant chirping.
Tully charges, only to be unhorsed by a viscous hit by the Stormlander.
Jerrod Lonmouth wins.

The Former Hand Euric Dayne, and the young Lion, Conwell Lannister take their places. The crowd hushes as whispers of the difficulties in the west bubble up. The two charge, and both lances are easily blocked by shields. As the men ready themselves again, they stare at one another, no one can know what they are thinking.
The charge, and Euric Dayne's experience let him slip behind the other's guard. The Lannister falls from his mount, and Dayne is cheered by the entire crowd.

The Last match of the round is to be Tito Brax and Patrick Selmy. Tito looms atop his horse, and covers a yawn. Selmy simple frowns, but in one pass Patrick knocks Brax clear from his mount. "Perhaps Tito should have gotten his rest" chirps a drunk nobleman.
Patrick Selmy wins.

Rhaneys loudly clapped Euric. She was pleased to see her friend and goodbrother do so well and though she had nothing against Conwell, it would have grated on her nerves to see a Lannister triumph over one of her own.

Edmure looked down at the young squire, "Boy come here. You rode very well you should be proud of yourself. Come visit me on the morrow I shall gift you a new mount the one you ride know is to poor for one of your skill."

Rowan waves back at Talyn, "Thank you Lord Thatcher, good advice. . . I am surprised not to see you entered in the event, though." Eustace frowns at Trant, "Why am I not participating again?" Rowan shrugs, "Maybe you want to give someone else a chance to win for a change," he laughed.

Talyn smiled, and waved back, "Go Euric!" He cheered for his brother-in-law, "The man joust surprisingly well considering how drunk he was the other night!" He commented to his wife.
