"So my Lords are to be treated with less respect then the other lords. They will not have the same rights as Stormlanders or Mandermen. That seems unreasonable." Lannister replied.

"You misunderstood me," Rowan said, "that would be a condition for all attending Lords of any kingdom, conditional on the queen's concurrence, the west would not be singled out."
Rowan clears his throat, "I had just hoped to gain your agreement before proposing it to the queen. Other Lords will be able to attend the parties but for the sake of mending fences they need to limit their men at arms to only a handful and you must only nominate your best warriors to participate in the tourney. While the Queen's rule may be reviewed in the future it is in place now and its interpetation as understood by the Queen has been explained to you so there is no confusion."

"Well that sounds inimitable reasonable." Lannister replied, "And one a personal note, I must say that I had never thought to encounter a man who enjoys the sound of his own voice as much as I. It is a pleasure to be proven wrong." He laughed.

"We are a rare breed, Lord Lannister," Rowan said with a laugh before turning back to business.
"So we are in agreement then that the Lords and Lady Stark here will disband their armies and come to King's Landing to join the Kingdom in celebrating the end of the War and the Queen's Coronation. The Lord Paramounts will attend with no more then forty total participants for the Tournament and should others attend for the festivities they keep their personal retainers to a reasonable size far below the limit of 100 men?" Rowan said trying to nail down the agreement, have I missed anything Thatcher?" Rowan said looking at Talyn who had thankfully been quiet for the past few exchanges.

Talyn had been busy fantasizing about knocking Trant's teeth in.
"That's about it," he confimed.

Lannister smiled, "So then we are agreed."

Rowan grunted the affirmation wondering what the catch was that Lannister did not have any objections. "It appears so, anything else you would care to discuss?"

"No if that is it we should really be off. I mean you have been so kind to speak with us." Lannister chuckled.

Talyn stood, avoiding taking another verbal swing at Lannister, "Let's go Trant." he muttered.

Rowan nodded, and followed Talyn outside the tent.
