All scouts are ordered to report any sighting of the enemies and bring back word from the Western lords. Oswell has the flag of Tully flying beneath the royal Targaryen colors.
The three hundred men provided by Aegon Targaryen make up the rearguard.
As the army moves Oswell and his captains attempt to recruit more men to their cause, talking with men as they march through villages and towns along the River Road.

"I am Lord Jarren Blackwood, and I am here to assist in the fight against the cultists. Who commands this host?"

Oswell's scouts bring word that a force of five hundred men riding under the banner of Raventree Hall ride at a hard pace. They loking to be making an attempt to catch up with the forces from Riverrun. Oswell smiles and turns his horse towards the back of the line. "Keep them moving James," he calls as he rides away.
Lord Tully rides up to the Lord of Raventree, his squire carrying the banner of House Tully and Targaryen. "I command here, I am Lord Oswell Tully." He smiles and lens forward in his saddle, offering his hand. "And you would be Lord Blackwood."

Jarren looks Oswell up and down before responding.
"Indeed, I am Lord Jarren Blackwood," He said, shaking Oswell's hand.
"I heard that you are moving on the cultists at Dustwind. I've come to help wipe those bastards out."

"We are. The Queen has ordered Cult exterminated where ever they are holed up. Before I left Harrehal she told me of Dustwind. I do not know how many men are there but from what I understand it is a small keep. It will be good to have a fellow Riverlander to rely upon."
Oswell begins riding for the front of the line, "Have your men form up in front of Prince Aegon's. For now his force comprises of the rearguard. Come, I have some things to ask you. Any information you have would be most welcome."

Jarren nodded. "It is good to see the Riverlands coming back together." He orders his troops to move forward and follows Oswell to the front.

When they reach the front Oswell slows his horse to a walk. "You have been in the area much longer than myself. I have only just returned to Riverrun and have little knowledge of what is going on. Do you know anything of this keep? To be truthful I have never heard of Dustwind, not until Queen Rhaenys told me of it. I wold know how you would go about taking it as well. I have a plan in mind, but your input is most welcome."

"I regret to say I know little of anything going on outside of my own lands. Being by myself there was little I could do but protect my own lands, until Thatcher was finally cornered at Harrenhall."

Oswell nodded. "I understand that. Thatcher got what was coming to him. We must then rely on our scouts, I have mown men out even now looking for the castle. They tell me we are close to the Golden Tooth. You men should not be the last to swell our ranks, the Western lords are to give aid to us by order of the Queen. These Cultists will put up a fight but we will crush them in short order."

Jarren nodded slowly.
"So I hear the Freys have received Lordship of the Riverlands?"

Oswell frowned, "They have. And a more incompetent man I have never met. His becoming Lord Paramount was a condition in moving the army past the Neck. It is a farce that will surely end in the destruction of the Riverlands. I do not mean to see that happen."

Jarren looked around for any men in Frey livery.
"So you mean to move for a different Lord Paramount?" He asked.

Prince Aegon rides up on the two men talking, flanked by his squire carrying the Targaryen banner. Behind his dragon helm he frowned at the sight of Tully's squire carrying the banner of his House.
Removing his helm, Aegon waited for the two men to finish speaking, before introducing himself to the newcomer. His squire had already identified the arms as those belonging to Lord Raventree.

"I mean to have a competent Lord Paramount my lord. A man who will serve our piece of the realm finely. Mallister has ambitions, though I doubt he will make good on them without a sure hope of success. I know not who else wishes to rule the Riverlands, I am sure there are more than a few, but I will not put my support behind any who will not serve us well. I would have it myself, as the Tully's of old did, but I do not see that happening in the near future."
Oswell acknowledged Aegon's presence with a nod, "My lord, this is Prince Aegon Targaryen, cousin to the Queen. Prince Aegon, this is Lord Jarren Blackwood, Lord of Raventree Hall."

"Lord Blackwood." Aegon replied nodding in acknowledgment. "Welcome."
