Flowers looked up, a little confused at first. He passed the platter without a word, knowing that his mismatched eyes must have made the other man feel a bit uneasy. He couldn't link the face to a name, tho.

"I was out on the battlefield when one of your dragons let go of it's breath, and luckily I was not close enough to be burnt, but I lost my consciousness and didn't wake up for a few days. I was taken care by healers, but they were afraid that someone would take advantage of being the last Oakheart male alive, so they didn't tell anyone that I had lived."

Flowers observed Thatcher for a moment and turned back to his wine. "I'm not the one to judge a man by his name. It's the deeds that count, ser." He toasted, somewhat bitterly.
