"Selwyn will marry the Queen." Roxton replied, then turning he motioned for her to follow. "The king is this way." Leading her around two tents he approaches a slightly larger then usual fire.
Four men stood for her, but Selwyn remained seated. Lord Roxton introduced them, "Ser Jess Dunn, Ustice Mills, Lord Aberforth Yew, and Ser Barelston Musgood." He paused for a second, "And of course King Selwyn."
Selwyn grumped, "Lord... Hand I guess."

Shahrizai and her translator bowed for the assembled men. Her filigrees jingled slightly from around her neck and head as she did so. She nods to her translator, "She is sorry for the confusion and we are honoured to be in your presence after so long. Lady Shahrizai's family helped Queen Saella from early on and have only heard of you from stories and legend. I myself have started composing a song of all the glorious deeds, and my lady presents news to her family in song whenever she can."

Selwyn cast a dark glare at Roxton who merely shrugged and smiled. The foppish Lord sat down staring at the lady. Selwyn ground back into his chair staring sullenly.
Lord Yew stepped forward and bowed deeply to Shahrizai, attempting to take her hand and kiss it, "I am honored to met you milday. Lord Aberforth Yew at your pleasure, it is indeed a great honor."
The other men sat down, Dunn almost falling to the ground.

She doesn't mind the pleasantry and gives a warming smile. She continues while speaking to her translator, "My lady says she enjoys the chivalry of westerosi men." The translator begins helping Shah to remove the layers of clothing that contains her. Until she finally nods in satisafaction. She wears a modest dress the colour of fresh spilled blood in the night. Shah speaks again through her translator. "She says she hopes you enjoy what I have written and what she sings."
She breathes in the sharp air of the north and begins the story of Queen Saella. It is part westerosi, myrish and valyrian.

Roxton, Musgood, and Yew all moved in time with the music, bowing their heads and smiling.
Dunn moved and began to clap along. He even stumbled to his feet, and attempted to dance to the song before he stumbled to the ground. He laughed and smiled.
Selwyn stared into the fire emotionless as she sings. He may be affected but no outward sign shows.
As she finishes Yew leaps to his feet and clapped loudly. "Well done Lady. Truly well done. Simply mesmerizing and amazing. You have captured the essence of it in a such a song. It will be written and sung for ages. Ages."

The translator bows his heads and relates the words. Shah dips her head but was more interested in Selwyn for the moment although she said no words to him. "She thanks your for listening, there has been so much fighting and so little appreciation for finer things. There hasn't been time for it, but there is a small lull and she wishes to remember the memory of the Queen who was an inspiration to so many. There is a void of beauty here in the north, and it had to be shared."

Yew opened his mouth but Roxton spoke first, "There is a beauty to a single green sprout among a field of white. It is not the beauty of a palace or an ornate piece of jewelry, but instead the beauty is all the sharper because of the starkness besides it."
Yew smiled, "I do not know if I agree, Priscyle. I prefer the gold or garden of flowers. But I understand what you mean, even if you are a bit esoteric about it."

While they talked the translator translated in Shah's ear and she gave a musical titter. She bowed and the man began draping the cloaks and fabrics back onto her to protect from the cold outside. "Thank you." Shah said in heavily accented westerosi. The rest was related through her helper. "A shipment should be here shortly and sent up along the baggage train, since spring is upon us, hopefully seeds can be planted and the restoration of the crop cycle can begin. For now, the supplies she and other captains bring will have to be from more north once we head south."

Musgood spoke quickly, "You should send word. We do not need the crops this far north. We need to plant in the North for sure, but it would be wiser to focus that in the south. We can get for more growths in the fertile Reachlands. We could feed the entire south, with the current population with a couple of good harvest in the Reach." His eyes constantly flicked back and forth as if he is reading a ledger.

"She says she will be happy to see the beauty of Westeros after such a long winter and to be out of the cold. She also goes on to say that once the traitor is delt with she will be delighted to see westeros stand on its mighty feet again with a strong Queen and eventual King. She thanks you all again for listening to her." The pair bow and are ready to leave in their heavy clothing.

The men nod respectfully to her.
Lord Yew stepped forward, "It is a dark night. Do you need an escort back to your campsite, milady?"

"No thank you," the translator relates simply. Shah gives Lord Yew another warm smile and departs with her followers.
