At Becawyr's Mound.
All lords in the north are welcome to attend, as are the representatives of lords and members of House Targaryen. Guards to the 4 Targaryen sisters may also be present.

Lord Edmure Dawnrose arrives. He still wears simple mail and wool finding the point of finery wasted this far north.

Imry Willfyre arrives in his best clothes, including something resembling a tabard of a green dragon flying on black. Best to arrive early and get a good seat for the show.

The Traitors's Sons arrive, twenty men in heavy black mail hauberks and well armed. Talyn Thatcher stands at their front, beside him his man William Hill. They say nothing, but only wait to see the spectacle of bowing lordlings.

Edmure takes a seat next to a man with a large sword to his back. He has the looks of a Targaryen but not as strong.

Ariel stepped up into the Council area, dressed in her red-and-black dress, with her hair bound up by the formal obsidian pins...though still a bit rumpled, a simple smile on her face.

Lord Tarly arrives, still wearing his scratched and filthy battle armor. Most of the blood has been washed off, and his wounds bandaged, but by this point in the campaign Simon had learned to rarely leave himself unprotected. He bowed to the Queen and her sisters, and leaned against a tree near the front, waiting for the meeting to begin.

Euric briefly looked at the man who sat next to him, gave him a friendly nod and looked back over to the empty space where his queen would sit.

Sanerys Whitefyre arrived, dressed in sharp-looking, Eastern garb. His exotic appearance making others wonder as to who he was. Those who had not seen him on the battlefield.
His men relaxed and patrolled the area, making sure to keep tabs on everyone's whereabouts. Ser Jordayne Ambrose entered with Saenarys.

Edmure then looked to where the queen would most likely stand and waited.

Jordayne looked around and shivered.
"I can abide heat as well as the next man, but this cold is something I'd like not to deal with. How can you stand it?" He asked Saenarys.
"Must be the blood of the dragon." Whitefyre mused. "Keeps the blood boiling."

Rhaenys deliberately kept the men waiting. Her squire preceded her with the dragon banner held high. Her war chest had already been dragged out for her to sit on. Rhaenys was flanked by Maekar and Jeyne, with Talyn, the bravo, guarding her back. She walked forward to stand close to her sisters and Euric.
Rhaenys was clothed in red velvet with black leather over the top, a heavy fur cloak about her shoulders. Her hair was tied back, blowing away from her face in the wind. She wore a crown that had belonged to her mother, a gold circlet studded with rubies with a single dragon head in the centre of her forehead. She stood before her people and drew Blackfyre, holding the sword up high for them all to see.
"My lords, welcome!" She cried. "Many of you swore to my mother, Queen Saella. Others swore for Selwyn Baratheon, who knelt to my mother. I would know who my friends are, so that we can set the realm to rights together. I swear by the sword of Aegon the Conqueror that I will serve Westeros to the best of my ability. Who will swear for me?"
"I will," said Maekar.
With all eyes upon them, he walked foward to kneel before Rhaenys in the snow. She watched to see what others would do.

Unsure of whether Selwyn will attend, Aurane Velaryon arrives on his own. He nods a greeting to the lord's already in attendance. He glances around to see if his uncle and brother are in attendance but does not see them.
