I meant that Braavos has become major player in Westerosi affair, so it would be cool if there were characters involved.

I'd suggest not someone from Lannister...it seems like bad luck for you. Since I managed to become Regent, I wouldn't call it bad luck. I am leaning towards someone from the Free Cities. EDIT: How much do we know about Bravossi military, I could be a general. (I haven't read AFfC)

I never paid much attention, who is the Sealord?

Lord Delinal Sergyo, I believe, but I don't know if he is alive anymore? (I think there was a coup in Braavos recently).
And to answer your first question-- I don't think we know much or anything about their army (which is very minimal). You could definitely be a fleet admiral in their Arsenal.

His palace was blown, but he is apparently alive?

Could always be a Magistrate from one of the other Free Cities.

I believe the Sea Lord died in the Red Keep... that and the chaos in Braavos would bring a power hole.

1) Character Name: Master Pylos
2) Character Age: Early 30s
3) Character Nationality (Stormlands, The Reach, etc): Qarth
4) Character Byname: The specialist
5) Character Skills (Choose 2 beginner skills, 2 novice skills, 2 apprentice skills, and 2 noteworthy skills and 1 expert skill):
6) Character's Second (Choose 2 beginner skills, 2 novice skills, 2 apprentice skills, and 2 noteworthy skills): Noteworthy blood magic, noteworthy shadow binding, Apprentice intrigue, apprentice stealth, novice sword, novice history, Beginner riding, beginner Higher Mysteries (Other than those already mentioned.
7) Character Personal History: Master Pylos hails from Qarth and that is all he shares with his Braavosi masters concerning his history. A true Warlock would note that he is merely a failed adept, but fortunately, the Undying Ones rarely leave the Palace of Dust. He has been noted for his service to the Sealord in consultations considering the higher mysteries and how they might help Braavosi expansion.
He has arrived in King’s Landing to support his masters in their bid to rule the Seven Kingdoms. He knows little of their plot, and less of Westeros, but he knows he has a purpose.
In truth, the mage is only doing his best to get as far from Qarth as possible... he hears the shadows speaking to him, threatening to murder him for his betrayal of the Undying Ones. Even now, they are moving nearby. He can see them out of the corner of his eye.
8) Character Physical Description: Tall and pale with blue lips, Master Pylos looks very much like a walking corpse. His dark eyes are rarely expressive and he speaks in a monotone chant, like mad poetry.
9) Character Reputation: Master Pylos is known and feared in Braavos, but really he has done nothing of note. So far the mystique of his skills has helped him sail by without having to prove himself.
10) Your AIM, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ or email address (so other players may have the opportunity to contact you).
I actually quite like this character, though I have no idea if he'd ever pass the inspection. My other second, Ser Brynde Frey, was only really contructed because I needed someone to lead my forces, but I figure Goldfinger can do that himself and just make an NPC.
I also have...
1) Character Name: King Harry Smith
2) Character Age: 29
3) Character Nationality (Stormlands, The Reach, etc): The Stormlands
4) Character Byname: The King of the Wood
5) Character Skills (Choose 2 beginner skills, 2 novice skills, 2 apprentice skills, and 2 noteworthy skills and 1 expert skill):
6) Character's Second (Choose 2 beginner skills, 2 novice skills, 2 apprentice skills, and 2 noteworthy skills): Beginner Sword, Beginner Whip, Novice Mace, Novice Unarmed Combat, Apprentice Tracking, Apprentice Stealth, Noteworthy Tactics, Noteworthy Archery
7) Character Personal History: King Harry doesn’t even have a drop of noble blood in him, much less royal blood. However, none of it has stopped the former ranger from gathering a few dozen disgruntled Baratheon soldiers and claiming the Kingswood for their own staging area against any who pass through it. Though he claims to serve the people, his actions inform that he is really only a robber baron taking advantage of these times of turmoil. Afterall, what sort of hero proudly declares himself the King of the Wood?
8) Character Physical Description: Tall, blonde, and well-groomed, the King of the Wood has a charismatic look about him, like something out of a song.
9) Character Reputation: King Harry has always been cursed as a nuisance by most of the Stormlands. He was a lone bandit before the war, but slowly he has grown popular amongst soldiers and commoners who feel the King of the Wood fights corrupt nobles in order to protect the helpless from exploitation by Braavosi pawns and greedy regents alike..
It’s really bullshit, but Harry is not one to turn down good publicity.
10) Your AIM, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ or email address (so other players may have the opportunity to contact you).
I'm really indecisive on which to put forth for approval... suggestions?

No, the third has to be connected, not the second.

The Rules of NPC1) NPC's that work for your PC's 2)Unimportant characters who are interacting with other players for your amusement. (example; Lyas wants to pick up a girl in a bar in his fiendish manner. Seth volunteers to play said girl) These situations you may not pick any one of importance. You may not affect any major issues in the game world. There are a lot of players, and I do not have the time to RP every merchant, random warrior, and street urchin. I will try, and I will play important people but I think as long as we follow these standards we will flow much better. That was Smith on NPCs. I think it applies here as well to Seconds and Thirds.

I think we should have more characters play members of actual major houses.
For instance: There is only one active Tyrell, and no members of House Hightower as of yet.

I don't think so. Auric and Edrick didn't have anything to do with eachother, and they were both approved, other than Auric temporarily serving a guy Edrick once stabbed. Yes, Lyas, I agree very much, but I'm quite happy with just the Frey. And Harry's a king!!
