Yes, but House Lannister is a very large house with many PCs with interweaving storylines and access to various npcs representing that house. House Bulwer is a tiny house with one PC. It has been mentioned perhaps twice. I was told when I started that players should only control the actions of NPCs they were directly connected to or had authority over. So I think Victer Bulwer would fall into that category for Oliver. Maybe he doesn't care, and leaves him in the free cities, or wherever he is. Maybe he brings him back, maybe he becomes his character's nemesis and they get into an argument. But I think it should be up to the Bulwer to decide that, which means having the information to make a decision. Oh, I didn't realize that this was a matter of whether Oliver would want to control Victer. And I see that Oliver has posted what he thinks, and will shortly read that.

Alright, that sounds good Oliver. I've sent you a PM with the information you've requested.

The Walder Frey character looks fine, but just be aware that they have appeared in game so far. I think their mentioning have been few and far between however, besides that Lord Frey was killed in the War of Stag and Dragon (about 7-8 years ago). He was a loyalist (Baratheon supporter).

I checked. Not a single mention of Freys in-character. If it was a Lord Frey, he certainly must've been a traitor or a Lord Frey other than THE Lord Frey, considering everyone KNOWS Goldfinger doesn't get involved in politics.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it like a molten iron crown on a beggar king.

"Lord Sylas Caron was then caught offguard by Lord Frey and stabbed twice through. He was about to be made dead when Lord Frey was slain from behind by Ser Ager Gaunt, who was in turn slain by Lord Piper who was in turn slain by Lord Caron."
Possibly my favorite line in any scenario.

Then obviously he was a patriotic soul who valued his true king over his true lord. He shall be missed.

Also: Some minor house lord is -not- richer than the Lannisters or Martells. ^_^

Well even in the books it said the Lord Frey was wealthy and powerful... If I remember correctly.

Littlefinger had one moldy tower to his name and was still an absolute genius at making money.
The Freys are described as very wealthy and still growing, even though they are a new house.
Littlefinger-like financial genius + Frey resources and growth potential = Goldfinger

Surely we would have heard more of Lord Frey before-hand if he were indeed so incredibly rich. Perhaps some event in the past year or so has pushed the boundaries of the Frey family coffers fit to bursting...
