I am new so here it goes:
1) Ser Oser Baelish
2) 32
3) Bravosi
4) Persuader
5) SKILLS: Master: Persuasion Expert: Intrigue Expert: Trade Apprentice: Archery Apprentice: Languages Novice: Survival Beginer: Swordsmanship
6) Half Toe (my enourmous follower helps out)
7) He decends from a long line of Baelishs from a mariage between Petyr Baelish and Sansa Stark. He grew up in Dorne and got some skill with archery there and persuasion and trade from all the different ships that pulled in down there. After a while decided to head Northwest and currently resides in Oldtown where he is a wealty trader/merchant but is also rather well with politics and is the master of coin for the Lord of Oldtown. Owns a wine orchard.
8) about 5'10" little scrowny has a goute and brown hair
9) has not quite a great reputation in Oldtown because hes a tax collecter he takes peoples money its hard to like people who come to your door and take your money but in Dorne the Lord of Dorne remmeber him and loves his company.

You're almost good to go. You need two of every skill-level available at the beginning (expert, apprentice, novice, beginner), so you'll have to bump down a few.

Hi, my first attempt at a character, i dont know the political sit., so some of this may be inaccuarate.
Name: Ser Randal Lannister
Age: 37
Affiliation: Casterly Rock, Lannisport
Nickname: The Lost One
Skills: Expert: Horse-Riding, Political Intriuge Apprentice: Swordsmanship, Persuasion Novice: Battle, Oratory Begginer: Survival, Translator(free cities)
Second: Lord Micheal Westerling
Backround: Randal is the second son of the younger brother of Lord Baldwin's father. He was raised in Lannisport for the first dozen years of his life, he followed his father on his journeys through out the south and ended up being squired to a Baratheon knight in Kings Landing. His older brother, Ser Loran, died when he was 16 and his father shortly after. After being knighted for bravery in a battle against bandits on the Green Fork, he retured to his fathers holdings outside of Lannisport. He married Lindy Westerling, the first daughter in the line of succession, and has one son, Michael, a boy of 7. He can call approximetlly 450 men to him when he raises his banners, although he has acces to more due to his connection with the Pooles.
(note: i didnt put many names because i dont know the current politcal situation, but i think his wife is in the same family as Robbs wife(havnt read the books in a while)).
Description: Of average hight, with striking blue eyes and curly blonde hair in the style of most Lannisters.
Reputation: Being a lesser lord, not many know of him, but those who do think of him as a man who will do anything to keep his lands and wife safe. He is known to be capable of incredible plots if he is forced into action.

Everything seems fine besides the fact that characters aren't allowed to start with "master" skills.

Petyr Baelish and Sansa Stark would not have wed in our alternate history.

Very true, Rhodri raises a good point.

It's nearly impossible for Randal to be 37 and be Baldwin's nephew, given that Baldwin isn't even ten years older than him.

OH, my mistake, i meant second son of the younger brother of Lord Baldwins FATHER. (god, this sounds stupid now, i really was stupid back then, Sept. 9)
Sorry for the confusion, will edit.\
edit: that would make them cousins
Dec. 21, I keep editing this just for nostalgia.
