He is shown to Lord Tully's former solar, where Cedric now sits. He looks up as Lord Lefford is shown in.

He bows, almost clicking his heels. "Your grace... my mission was met with success."
He takes a seat. "Hightower will fight alongside us if we first aid them against the Mander and Dondarrion wishes for our aid against the rebel Stormlords... fortunately, they both agree Rodrick is their major concern. It seems they have yet to unify their decison making though... when I told Dondarrion, he had little interest in Hightower' demands. Hardly an alliance of the common man, I'm afraid...

Cedric nods. "The Mander's attention is focused on the Far Reach. Why should we risk our own men when the Mander is not a threat to us?"

"We shouldn't. We know Dondarrion won't march without Hightower and Hightower won't march unless he's certain his lands won't be ravaged by the Mander... It would probably be best if the Mander acted as expected."

Cedric nods again, then raises an eyebrow as if to ask what Martyn was still doing there.

"You Majesty, if there is no further use for me, I was hoping to return to the Golden Tooth and continue feeding your treasury. Ser Dickon is still there and I thought he would of more use to you here... it seems such a waste to have him sitting with Small Folk when I can capably guard my own lands and the battle is here."

Lord Lannister smiles like a lion, handsome yet somehow predatory.
"The Golden Tooth is a vital part of our defenses, Lord Lefford, and Ser Dickon is vital to its defense. Whether you wish to join him there or remain at Riverrun I leave to you."

He frowned, "...my lord... I had hoped I could deal resolve this matter without dragging Ser Dickon's name through the mud... You Majesty, I desire Ser Dickon Brax gone for purely personal reasons." He did a very good job of fidgeting, as though this was not an affair one brought to heads of estate.

Cedric looks through a stack of papers, scanning them briefly. After a time he looks back up at Lefford.
"Then you will have to resolve your differences with him. Good day, Martyn."

"He almost raped my wife while he was drunk..."

"I have never heard of this," Cedric says. "When did it happen?"

"Shortly before my return to the Westerlands. I swore my wife to secrecy and placed several guards around her to prevent incidents. I did not confront Ser Dickon because I am not a man of rash action and knew a scandal would be crippling in this dire time, but I cannot allow him to remain in the Golden Tooth, Your Majesty."

Cedric strokes his chin. "Very well. I will send Ser Rhyin Myatt to travel back with you and take command of the Golden Tooth. Ser Dickon will be assigned another post."

"Thank you, your majesty." He stands.
