Ipithius Tides and Yancey Smallwood walk through the fair. They stop to examine a game where axes are thrown at wooden planks to win toys.

Yancey scoffed, "Of course you have." Looking back to tides he added, "Every orphan, whether deaf or dumb knows our fucking names." He looks at the axes and asked, "So how is it rigged?"

The Lord Hand and his nephew, Lord Barclay, walk side by side down the aisles of vendors.

Damin bows and walks over to the Lord Hand, "Lord Dondarrion it is a pleasure to see you again."

Lord Wencel Fowler leads his wife and two children through the market. Robb Waters trails behind him, keeping a close watch on any who stray too close to the lord.

Pieter notices Lord Fowler and approaches him, as his wife Lady Catelyn started talking to Lady Fowler.
"Greetings, Lord Fowler. I take it you are enjoying the fair?" He asked politely.

Lord Wencel stopped his stroll and replied "Greetings, Lord Tully. My children are certainly very taken with the fair, though I find it a bit raucous for my taste. No doubt you will be kept busy dealing with reports of pickpockets and the like for weeks afterwards" he smiled slightly

Two small folk, a young man and a young woman, both tall and lithe, with pale skin and black hair to match their ermines tunics, move through the crowd.
"Vara look at that, wanna get your portrait done?"
"No idiot. Father would cuff the back of your head for such silliness."

Ser Mychel Lannister walks up and down the isles, wearing his white scale-mail as usual with his sword hilt poking up over one shoulder. He makes note of every face and piece of heraldry that he sees in the crowd. He saw the Lord Hand walking with a Barclay, and strode over to them. "I hear the axe-throwing yields excellent prizes, Lord Dondarrion," he said with a slight smile, and added, " or would you care to try your hand, young Barclay?"
