"Very well then, I guess we should leave sooner then later, although I still loathe the smell of the capital, you would of thought when they rebuilt the city they would have at least cleared the previous filth rather then simply building on top the old."

Flea chortled, "that filth is the best part of King's Landing, the perfumed areas is where trouble springs from."
Justin sighed, and nodded. "Very well. I shall have my valet prepare us for the journey north. I think we shall go by ship. Will you need much time to prepare Loren?"

"No, I am ready now, I don't intend to stay long after the festivities end," Loren said, "fortunately, I can avoid the dreadful boredom and cloak and dagger of King Rodrick's Small Council, though I am sure the meetings are more colorful then with his brother."

Justin sighed. "Very well, let us go than. Lord Florent, you have our love. Say hello to Lord Cyrus for us, and keep things running until we return alright?" Justin stood, brushed some crumbs of bread off his lap.
"I'll be with you shortly Loren, and we can make our way to the docks." And with that he strode off to prepare for departure.

"I should have made you two go to tha ghastly thing." he muttered, before proceeding to explain the trials and tribulations of the tourney.

"Well you are his grace's Master of Debt so I think your absence would have been noticed," Loren jested with his liege lord, prefering that title to the actual one.

"At least I won't have to turn over quite as much coin to the damn Braavosi." Justin muttered. "Dorian, I would like to commission a statute of Lord Roland Royce, to be sent as a gift to our brothers in the Vale. Can I put you to that task? I'm sure you'll come up with something nice."

Dorian nods, "I will see if Lady Anne has any portraits so that are artisans can ensure a suitable likeness."
"So what have you boys been up to?" Loren says, to his brother and Cyrus.

"We went to the Arbor to speak with Lord Foster Redwyne on the subject of pirates. It seems some choice trading vessels have been getting picked off by a bunch of thieves wielding Red Daggers. Dorian and I wanted to undertake a little campaign to clear the bastards out."

Loren sniffed, "A worthy idea as any, don't you think Lord Hightower?" Loren says, "Besides it would do the fleet good to get some of the ships out of dry dock and into the water."

Justin squirmed. "I don't know. I dislike committing forces to be fighting when there is so much trouble brewing. But I suppose if anything, the practice will help us won't it? Very well, you have my blessing. Lord Cyrus, you take the command of this little task force, Loren, act as his second will you?"

"All right mi'lord," Loren says looking at Cyrus, "I suspect that you and my brother already have come up with an idea?" Loren asks.

"That's right. Dorian has suggested that we prep and ambush ship with soldiers and than spring a trap on them. We shouldn't need more than a dozen ships all told." Cyrus said. He rested his hand on his sword. In many ways he'd missed the opportunity to partake in the tourney, even though he understood the reason why it was done.

Dorian added, "We were going to talk to Master Flea to see if he knew how the pirates choose their target."
Loren nodded, "thats seems reasonable, if we are going to bait the rat we have to find a way to get the information there." Loren looked around suspiciously. Master Flea had a tendency to just appear when his name was called and he was curious as where the Master of the Confusion might appear from this time.
