Breck made no visible change in his appearance. "Yes?"

"Roland Royce has died after so many years, and under mysterious circumstances at that. And the King has not even the respect to visit the ceremony." Pieter says, taking his time, putting some weight on a few choice words.

Dondarrion nodded slowly mulling over the idea. "Which of my daughters did you wish to marry to Olivan?" "I cannot think of a more perfect match than between he and Elexia. The two grew up together with no small bond formed between them. I saw her raised the proper lady and he the proper lord; their marriage would be a happy, loving one indeed."

"Then it shall be so", Dondarrion said, reaching his hand to shake with Reed. "I shall inform Elexia of the decision."

"I have heard that a few thousand troops have been raised at Blackhaven?" Pieter asked carefully.

"I shall inform Elexia of the decision." Olander met the shake with his own tiny hand, smiling. "Superb. I shall write Olivan of the same. There will be time to discuss the whens and wheres later, no doubt. I fear I have business elsewhere and must leave King's Landing, but perhaps when Olivan and I return, we can discuss the matter?"

"No doubt", Breck said with a smile, and helped him find his way out.

"Dornish raiders are focusing all their efforts on the village under my rule, it appears."

Pieter smiled wryly, "Is that so, Lord Hand?" Pieter watched Breck for a minute, before continuing.
"I did not know raiders called for several thousand soldiers? And the Vale, it seems, is having troubles with the mountain Clans? I've never known the Vale to raise an army to deal with them." Pieter said, laying down the trap.

"I've heard that the Riverlands are having trouble with bandits as well...perhaps you should call up men to deal with them?" Breck's smile had a certain wicked, knowing twinge to it, as he eyed Pieter carefully.

Pieter nodded, "Just so, Lord Dondarrion. I have heard there has been a breakout of bandits across several regions." Pieter stated, smiling. He leaned forward closer to Dondarrion, lowering his voice.
"The time for action is at hand, Breck. It shall be bloodless, a glorious path to justice. We will make the leader account for his crimes." The room was silent, Pieter almost wondered if anybody was listening.
"I will see what I can do, Lord Dondarrion. I assume we will talk again, before we make the final strike?"

"If you feel that the bandits are most prominent in King's Landing, then perhaps we shall merge hosts and march there. Though undoubtedly bandits will rise to stop us on the way."

"Yes, I can take a host and merge with the Valemen, while you merge with the Far Reachmen. We can open two fronts on the bandits, to cut down on opposition. We must be quick and precise, the faster we can get it done the easier it will be. I will try and organize the Gold Cloaks for the good of King's Landing."

"Taking out the bandit leader first might be best. Here is my idea. Invite him to the Riverlands in a friendly way, and as he is crossing a river onto your ships, take hold of him. We will force him to renounce his claim to banditry and give it up for life...or die. His son can take possession of his father's inheritance."
