Well, Skinchanging is the real term. Technically, warging is the term only for those who do it with wolves (that's why I put Yohn's skill in Skinchanging, not Warging).

However, people should not be able to skin change with humans. Bran and Hodor was a special case because Hodor has limited faculties.
