In a town just a kilometer away from Storm's End Lyas waits across from an inn of his choosing, a patch over his eye. Two hours before he sent Strider and the Braavosi man to go see Andry and bring him here. They were to bring him to the inn, and if Lyas thought things were okay he would come inside and meet them.

Andry leds fifty knights back to the inn. Entering he looks around for Lyas Bolton, and when not spotting him immediately he says, "Lord Boltin?" loudly.

Strider looks around as well. "Quiet you fo-My lord, perhaps it's best not to proclaim the presence of an outlaw lord to loudly."

Andry shrugged, "He is safe in the Stormlands. I will let nothing happen to him." Andry walked over and sat at a table with the Braavo and his friend. Andrey could not help but study the two.

Lyas thought about it for a moment, and then finally stepped into the inn. "Prince Andry..."

Andry stood and walked over to the man. Offering him his hand Andry says, "I believe we have the same problem, and their names are Horas Blackwood and Piers Bettley. I think we should be allies."

Lyas thought for a moment, and then offered his hand back. "Horas, yes. Bettley, perhaps."

Andry shook his hand, a hard smile framing his mouth. "As I see it the Riverlands, and Vale are our true enemies. The Ironborn, and Dorne will strike if they sense weakness. The west is soon to be consumed in civil war. The Far Reach and the Mander could be allies or foes."

"The Vale? Lord Arryn was a friend of your brother, no?" Lyas almost sounded disinterested.

"No. He did serve him though. Now he serves Bettley. And no matter what you think, Blackwood and Bettley are sure to unite." Andry replied.

"You forget the queen, what is her likely action?

"Bitch and whine. She has no men. I know she has some control over some Crownlands' Lords. But it is doubful they would even fight for her. The Lord Regent controls the King. Do you care about her reaction? Are you looking for another wife?" Andry snorts.

"I assure my own is satisfactory. However, alliances must be assured before any action is taken. What incentives would the Mander and the Far Reach have to support you?"

"Those incentives need to be issued. I have a man working on Lord Varner. He is too much a threat, he needs to comply or die. I am not sure who runs the Mander in truth Lord Rindwynd or Lord Falgrave. But regardless neither will trust you. From my understanding neither are truly players. Do you have any suggestions?"

"Varner is the master of whisperers, by nature such tend to be slippery. What is being done about him?"
