"I have a man working on him. I will offer him a promotion or a dagger."

[Percy Rivers]

"Promotion to what? Hand?"

[The Smith]

"There is nothing written down. Why? Do you think you deserve that honor?"

[Percy Rivers]

"No, I don't like the south. But it's the only logical conclusion. You want regency, and the only position higher than master of whisperers is the Hand, well there is the king, but I doubt you you'd let him have that." Lyas finishes off in his raspy quiet voice.

[The Smith]

"There is no one I would prefer more that I could offer the post to. Maybe Rindwynd or Seth... but from the potraits painted of them they will not be bought."

[Percy Rivers]

"Seth Greyjoy has been bought. Did Piers Bettley not appoint him Warden?"

[The Smith]

"Do you think I can make him a better offer? There is only one hand. I could name him regent of the Mander, but that is more a lateral move."

[Percy Rivers]

"He's still a Greyjoy, despite what he chooses to call himself, and a kinslayer. The Mander will follow Rindwynd."

[The Smith]

"I do not think Rindwynd is for sale. Nor do I have a good relationship with him."

[Percy Rivers]

Lyas remained quiet for a time. "Your list of allies is...troubling." He turned to look at the Braavosi man. "And what say you?"

[The Smith]

"What do you want me to say. Lord Sergyo is planning to land an army of Mercenaries and burn Raventree to the ground." He paused, "We all know that is not going to happen. But want do you want Bolton. When you leave here you will have the same enemies, but one more powerful friend."

[Percy Rivers]

"Offer regency to a Hightower if Francis betrays you, that is how you will win the Far Reach. Offer some lands, and titles to Rindwynd's daughter, men will do something for their children that they wouldn't do for themselves. Do the same with Seth," Lyas played with a steel necklace around his neck, "Emelia Martell will look for any gain in this. She most likely has a pawn in the West, offer to help her in her endevour."

[The Smith]

"Would you like to approach Martell for us. We have a bad history. I do not think you need to go in person mind you. But an overture from you will be recieved better I think."

[Percy Rivers]

"I'll go," Lyas said simply, "Check your men before you go. Most likely one of them is here to watch us."

[The Smith]

Andry looked at his men, "I ache to be done with this game of lies and shadows. Once the Kingdoms are mine, then I will feel much better." He nods and stands. "Do you plan to betray me?"
