Once she is sitting in front of him Bane looks around, "Hey Dawn Raider where are these men that are coming with us."

Twenty-five riders, in the colors of House Tarly assemble by the inn. When Tallahar is ready, they ride 12 in the front and 12 behind Tallahar and his men. The Captain is a disagreeable looking knight name Ser Henrick, who rides with Tallahar and his men.
"Come on lets get this over with," he says gruffly, ". . .that is if thats alright with your Lordship," he says sarcastically. The man does not seem that thrilled to be babysitting some Mander lord but will at least pretend to provide common courtsey. As he was no doubt instructed to by Lord Irwyn.

"I have to say I must go and thank Piers and Andry sometime. Because of them I can say I no longer country men with you."

"If it pleases your lordship you may begin at your pace." Ser Henrick says ignoring the barb.
OOC: Ser Henrick is not going to have a lot to say on the trip so if you just want to post you arrived in Oldtown I think that would be acceptable, since you were detained for a week but the game is still moving at 2 weeks a day. With things the way they are in King's Landing you may want to speak your piece before the whole war is over.

"Very well then." Tallahar rides out.
OOC:I was going to arrive next time Smith was on anyway.

A group of 12 riders, led by Ser Osmund Hillcrest, arrives at the hold fast near the border.
"Lady Varner, Lady Irwyn, it is so nice to hear that you are both safe. We feared the worse when we heard the reports from King's Landing."

"Thanks you for your concern Ser Osmund." Lady Anne said, to tired to offer much of a smile.
"What is the situation here?" Ser Torn asked gruffly, as was his manner.

"Well welcome back to you as well Ser Torn," Osmund joked. "The majority of the forces sit at Horn Hill, with some men covering the approaches from the Dornish Mountains."
The man pauses slightly as if choosing his words carefully, "Lord Tallahar is in Old Town apparently Lord Tarly agreed to meet with him. Stayed a week in this inn while things were sorted out."

"I hope they've washed the sheets." Ser Torn said, laughing. "Lets ride on then, Ser Osmund your people lead the way to clear the rode and be watchful for ambushes. Even here at home, I feel not as safe as I once did."
Lady Anne shudders a bit, thinking of the body they'd seen.

"Right.," Ser Osmund says adressing Ser Torn. The group departs with 2 men riding a few leagues in front vigorously searching the roads, and the remaining men flanking evenly to either side. Word is sent down the chain of holdfasts to increase their patrols along the Rose Road until Lady Varner and Irwyn arrive in Oldtown.
